This hotel is absolutely fantastic. My wife and I stayed here in November of 2013 and we still talk about it. Breathtaking beauty, Completely tranquil and serene. Friendly and Professional staff. Convenient location. The beauty of the design, architecture and artwork/pieces is really amazing. A+.

Stayed 3 nights here, and spent much of 2 days here too, this hotel was so charming and peaceful.
Our room was not huge but beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean as was our bathroom. The public areas of the hotel, the pool area, lounge and garden courtyards were places we were happy to linger. Loved the quiet spaceousness, the antiques, and the traditional style of architecture, frangipani trees filled with bird song, and all hidden in the heart of the old city, amazing.
The breakfast was all we could have wanted, good bakery selection, eggs SIX different ways, Benedict, et al, some nice salamis and divine homemade chicken liver pate and good selection of fresh fruits. To nitpick, the tea could have been a little stronger for my taste and the fruit juice freshly pressed. We also took dinner in the hotel one night, A good eastern and western menu, not overpriced either considering it was almost silver service standards, even the wines were not expensive by Thai standards.
The staff were attentive, professional, willing to please and there were no communication problems. Really for the price I cannot fault this hotel.

From the moment of arrival we were treated wonderfully. Based upon a review we read in Trip Advisor regarding location of room we were introduced to the General Manage Paul. He answered our questions and took us around the property. His response was indicative of the quality of service in every area. The hotel was located within the city walls of the town which was perfect. The breakfast was excellent. I kept returning to eat at the restaurant because the quality of food was superb. The hotel grounds are beautiful and the general ambience of this boutique hotel is warm and welcoming.

This is a lovely hotel located within the city walls of the old town of Chiang Mai. The location is excellent - in easy walking distance of wats, shops and spas yet lovely and peaceful. The gardens are beautifully maintained and the pool area is very relaxing. There is a varied breakfast buffet and hot food is cooked to order. The decor is very stylish and dining out under the stars listening to a local musician is not to be missed!
