a cheap hotel located on a busy crossroad outside the tourist area . Rooms and staff were OK. Breakfast was not worth mentioning , but hey , the stay was pretty cheap so we can't complain about that poor breakfast . Would stay here again , although it was a rather long walk to the Nightmarket and Loi Kroh street where the nightlife's situated.

This place is like a hidden gem, lets face if your going to stay around the night bizarre and want a half way decent place to chill, then this is the place. The rooms are cleans, comes with tv, fridge, air con, free wifi, queen to king size beds and safe and secure what more could you want? Its right there within walking distance to the bazaar. Approximately $20usd a night with free breakfast, it aint much of breakfast but its still free. Stayed here June 2013 just me and my wife.

We stayed at this medium size hotel for the last 4 nights. Me, wife and 2 kids aged 6 and 10. We were not asked to pay extra for kids as we didn't ask for additional bed. Some hotels charge you anyway for kids, they didn't.

We asked for an electric kettle, we got it. The TV antenna was not in good quality, so was the picture quality therefore.

On the negative side, the air-con was not adjustable. So, we kept it on and every morning I woke up with a slight headache.

On the positive side, the wi-fi was good. We used internet without problems.

The people at the hotel were very kind and smiling all the time, I liked that a lot.

They cleaned the rooms daily and overall it was a very clean room, walls, and bathroom. The whole place looked very clean.

For breakfast, they served us very rich content tuna-sandwiches and a hot drink.

If you're willing to stay near the city center and near night bazaar, if you're looking for a budget place, I think this is one good place.

Room Tip: 201 is OK to use.

The rooms are clean, basic no extras, no decoration all painted in acrylic, the bed was not great this goes for cushion as well.

The location is good, for 620 THB i had expected a bit more, though placed so close to the Night Bazaar what to expect.

It an in and out place, I will never stay here again it avoidable.

The average rating is for the cleanliness of the place, bu this is not enough to pull it up and make it attractive.

Stayed in August 2012. Multi-storey budget residence for 520Thb a night on special. Very helpful staff. Big comfortable, clean, airconditioned rooms with ensuite for the price paid. Quiet and 15 minutes walk away from the crowds of the night bazaar area and riverside entertainments. Good location as base for trips. Motorbike rental next door for 200Thb a day is super for sightseeing. Aircon coffee shop with free internet across the street. Lots of eateries around corner for local varied tasty breakfasts also. Try not to miss this. Karaoke/bars too. Roadside stalls selling best Thai coffee cold/hot is truly addictive. Thai massage.

Room Tip: Street facing rooms have good views.

We stayed at Buarawong when in need of a last minute hotel in Chiang Mai and forfeited the cost of the room to move to the hotel across the street 4 hours later. The hotel room was quite sparse and depressing and the bathrooms could definitely use a deep clean. The tv didn't work, the air conditioning didn't work, and the noise from the street was incredible. Yes it was a good price but the hotel across the street was only $5 more a night and was 100 times nicer.
