Fantastic!

I can not say enough wonderful things about Kantary Hills Hotel! The staff was wonderful! If I needed anything at all Mongkol, the manager, or the front desk staff was happy to bring it to my room for me! Always smiling and very friendly every time! The Housekeeping staff was phenomenal! Even if I didn’t need my room serviced, they were always kind enough to ask if I would like some more water bottles. One even noticed that I drink a lot of water, and she always went out of her way to give me extra water! I encountered nothing but smiles and bows, friendliness and politeness. And, while the room was much smaller than I am. It was spotlessly clean, much cleaner than American hotels, in my opinion. Slippers and robes and even a Safe in the room were provided. My experience in Thailand is that nothing is ever stolen, unlike the United States. It is perfect!!

So Nice

Very warm service, friendly staff and so comfortable. Always stay here for business and personal trip. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good breakfast and facilities. Staff is very supportive.

Cozy and super friendly staff!!

Definitely one of the best hotels i have stay, the staff was friendly and is able to speak english so whenever i have my problems they will answer to all my questions. The rooms is very clean and comfortable!! Would definitely recommend to everyone to stay at this hotel when coming to Chiang mai!!

Excellent Hotel and Stay!

I stayed at the Kantary for 2 weeks on a business trip. It is a great property with excellent, professional staff.

I had a one bedroom suite with a balcony on the pool side. The room was excellent with a full fridge, everything necessary for light cooking, and a small washing machine. The bedroom and bathroom are both nice sized. I had a door to the balcony in the bedroom and living room.

The hotel location is off the main road and so there is no loud traffic.

The reception at the Kantary is extremely helpful and quick to answer email questions. As things are changing quickly regarding Covid restrictions, Ms. Ja-Jah helped me navigate what I needed while at the hotel.

Breakfast buffet is very good with a lot of variety and made to order eggs. The dinner menu is extensive with Thai to pizza to Ausi steaks. I stuck with the northern Thai dishes and each was excellent (and spicy!).

The gym is decent enough to get a good work out. The pool area is really nice also.

I felt a bonus was the washing machine. Very convenient to do a load of laundry and hang it on the drying rack on the balcony.

If I have the chance to stay in Chiang Mai again I would not hesitate staying at the Kantary and highly recommend it!

Room tip: Get balcony room on the pool side.

Excellent Apartments Great Staff

The Kantary Hills apartments where the perfect accommodation for my families seven month stay in Chiang Mai. After looking at many condos and hotels nothing compared to the Kantary apartments for price, cleanliness and location.
The apartments are in the popular Nimmanhaemin area which is renowned for its great restaurants, bars and markets. Everything is in walking distance and from Friday to Sunday the area is buzzing with night life.
Our modern two-bedroom apartment was 120squ with a large balcony overlooking the pool. With a family of four we enjoyed a very spacious living area. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms are large. My wife and I enjoyed cooking and entertaining guests and using the large kitchen made it easy. On the occasion we ordered food and coffee from the Kantary 24-hour menu the quality was always excellent.
We found the reception and housekeeping staff totally professional in their job and very polite. It is evident that all the staff at Kantary are very well skilled. If maintenance were needed, it was always finished before we returned to our apartment on the same day. The staff did their job with little fuss and total competence. The whole complex from the reception to the pool area is maintained with the same standard as a five-star hotel in Bangkok.
The Kantary café on Nimmanhaemin road has great coffee and freshly made cakes. I found it a great location for business meetings.
My wife and I would like to thank the Kantary management and staff for making our long stay a very enjoyable and comfortable one.
