Good stay for the low price. Room was very clean, air conditioning, hot water, and internet all worked well. We did have to pay a deposit for our room key. Upon check out, after returning the key, we had to wait for the staff to "check the room" before they would release our deposit. Not super inconvenient, but we were on our way to the airport and this delayed us. Be sure to plan time for this process upon check out. Hotel is in a quiet, safe area and is walking distance from a few things. However, we did find that it was a long walk to the market and most restaurants. We ended up using Grab or tuktuk to get to/from the hotel.

Room tip: No elevator so if this is an issue ask for a low floor.

This hotel is located in old town Chiang Mai which10-15mins away from the airport. Using the taxi that's outside the airport will cost you 150Baht (Grab was a little more, 168baht and it's apparently illegal to use Grab in Chiang Mai). Markets was a 15-20min walk.

Check in time was at 2pm, we arrived early in the morning and decided to have a walk around as they hotel took our baggages into storage. There is a temple & 7/11 store that is 5mins walk away. Apon checking in we was told to put a 300baht deposit down which we got back after our stay (I believe this was for the key card). Staff was very polite and helpful with showing us the available activities and tours - they also help if you need to book tours and car services.

Each room has a small table and a set of chairs just outside the front door, great to have a morning coffee. Or if you decided you wanted breakfast at the hotel, this was reasonably priced on floor 2 (150Baht). Rooms are small but they are cozy.

The down falls of this hotel is that there's no where to place your suitcase to unpack without blocking the pathway in the rooms. The walls are thin so you could hear the noisy pulling of the sliding bathroom doors of your neighbours.

I would definitely stay here again. The staff made it very pleasant to stay.. Hopefully I would come back in the near future.

We stayed 4 nights and this was good place to stay in Chiang Mai for valuable price. Hotel is not located directly in downtown, which was great for us as this place was located in quiet area. You can easily walk to downtown & attraction & temples in Chiang Mai. Room was clean, breakfast buffet was great choice of food, you can choose from western menu & local food. Staff was very helpful and they will hold your bags if you have to check out before leaving. You can order any trip or motorbike directly from the hotel (we didn't as we already had pre-booked) and they can help you order a taxi or tuk-tuk to any place you need.
