The location of the fruit market with very fresh fruit and good prices was convenient However a little bit of a walk to restaurants and the old town. The staff here are fantastic and really make you feel welcome. The breakfast is good also and if you let them know of any dietary requirements they will help you out. The pool is shallow but good to cool off in the afternoon and is covered so you don’t burn. Great for kids.
My second time at this hotel so can highly recommend.

The hotel had a terrible smell of mold the whole time and the shower would not drain and the beds were as hard as rocks. The breakfast buffet should be free because it was terrible. Honestly I would recommend looking else where for your hotel stay.

We stayed here for 5 nights over new year.
Location wise it's ok, a 15 minute walk to the night markets.

The hotel staff were very good and I can't fault the service.

Our room was on the 6th floor. The wifi was non existent and when you did get it, it dropped out within minutes.

The bathroom was small and the shower was adequate, no power shower that's for sure....the shower curtain was mouldy and needed replacing.

We had clean towels every day, but they didn't clean the bathroom once during our 5 night stay.

By day 3, the mould was growing on the toilet seat.... The condensation was very bad and it never got dry. This was a huge slip hazard on the tile floors so we all had to be very careful. They Never left enough toilet paper either, kept having to get more from the public toilets near the breakfast room ...

Our beds were made every day, but were not changed once in 5 nights. I would expect at least one change in that timeframe.

The breakfast. To say this is a hotel with a huge array of nationalities, they certainly didn't cater for all. Whilst I'm all for tasting the local dishes, I didn't particularly want pork and rice or squid for breakfast, and neither did my 5 year old!!

There was NOTHING for children. No cereal. The bread in Thailand is very sweet so not great for toast. They did do scrambled egg to order, but on sweet bread wasn't great.

We had to go and buy cereal from the supermarket so that our child didn't go hungry. We then had to ask for milk every day as none was out even though they served coffee....

I wouldn't go back here....

The rooms are huge and spacious. However, it can be a bit noisy from the neighbouring rooms and the rooms upstairs.

Breakfast spread in the morning is simple but enough to film you up.

The location is a little bit far from Chiang Mai Night Walking Street but right outside the hotel, there's a market of fruits on sale at really good prices.
