Amazed at this temple. We were the only people there when we visited. It was peaceful and beautiful.

“Amazing Thai architecture..”
Reviewed 11 October 2013

Wat means a temple in Thailand. And its a must watch for its exquisite architecture...Its a beautiful and serene place..situated in the middle of a lake...very picturesque and spectacular...Do not forget to take a photo stop here...you will not be disappointed,....

Do carry a pair of socks with you when you visit this temple. You have to be bare foot all the while....

“Taxi driver kept our shoes in the taxi”
Reviewed 6 October 2013

This was an excellent and interesting set of temples. A wedding was happening at the time and we were told by our taxi driver Nok it is good luck to have your wedding pictures at the temple.
Have a spare set of socks as the pigeons leave a lot behind on the tiles. You are not allowed to wear shoes. If you leave your shoes at the start of temples our taxi driver said they sometimes are not there when you get back so she took our and put them in the taxi.

“Beautiful Temples even more spectacular than the golden Buddha. Wear socks!!!”
Reviewed 5 October 2013 via mobile

This place is spectacular. But you have to wear socks or some type of foot coverings. It is temple grounds and shoes are not allowed. Problem being the grounds are used by pigeons, cats and dogs. They leave unpleasant items on the floor of the marble area surrounding the temple itself.
It is well worth the trip to see this temple grounds. If you happen to step on something they is a water hose and a scrub brush available near by.

“Very nice pagoda”
Reviewed 28 September 2013

If travelling to big Buddha, pop a couple of mins down the road to wat plai laem. Some colourful sights, and the pagoda there is beautiful in particular the ceiling. Some good photos to be had, worth a visit.
