We stayed in a standard room which was quiet big. The air con was noisy and not that cold. The room was dark, inadequate lighting and drab. Not enough power points. Small ants in bathroom and bedroom. We would not stay here again

Booked a 'superior' room for a minimum of one month stay from mid December 2013.
Room was well past due for refurbishment.
A bright sunny day, but the room was almost in darkness, with the wall of an adjacent building, literally only a few feet away, blocking most of the daylight, and all of the view.
Electric lighting was very dim and inadequate.
Only two electric sockets in room, with one in use for a very-necessary room light.
Totally inadequate storage space for two people on a fairly long stay.
Very poor tv reception, rendering tv unusable.
Room refrigerator very small.
Request for two extra bottles of drinking water per day in place of the in-room tea/coffee was refused.
It took 10 minutes for us to realise that this place was not for us. There are many other hotels in the adjacent sois, and we had no problem finding accommodation in one of them, which had none of the above complaints (and we got two extra bottles of water!). What's more, it was considerably cheaper (37,000 baht for 30 days, Sabai 48,970 baht for 30 days). The Sabai Inn had the cheek to insist of a cancellation charge of 1695 baht. Unbelievable.

Room Tip: Plenty of much better accommodation is available for less money in the vicinity of Sabai Inn.

If you can find a more friendly and well run hotel in Pattaya then book it. I have stayed here 4 times now with my wife anf family members, and i have to say that this hotel is the perfect stop for all types of holiday takers. The manager and all the staff do all they can to make your stay perfectand peacefull. It is well placed close to the beach and the shops, and always kept lovely and clean. The rooms are large and very comfortable, and also has a choice of 3 swimming pools acros the road at the sister hotel. Enjoy your stay.

Stayed here many times with my wife and daughter and never had a problem.Located perfectly for beach, shopping, restaurants and staff are mindful to put families on quieter part of hotel.Excellent pool in sister hotel across the road with dining/beer option for those very hot afternoons and is set up in such a way that you can people watch and make friends quite easily.Restaurant was a let down tho but overall a nice, reasonable place to stay to rest before travelling on....

Room Tip: If you have children dont sleep at the front, lots of late bars around.

Booked 5 nights here.

Very good reception. Excellent staff, who are very helpful.

Rooms very clean, breakfast is taken across the road in a sister hotel. The breakfast is very good.

The pool is also across the road in sister hotel. The pool is OK and on the ground floor level.

The rooms we had (207 &208) were in the centre of the hotel, hence no windows to the outdoors, only internal windows to a hallway.

Room Tip: Make sure you ask for rooms with external facing windows.
