“Disgusting”

3rd grade room, No chair in the room to sit near the desk. No hangers to put yr used clothes, open closet with no doors on the closet. Most dirty Bath towels the lady wiped the floor of the room and bathroom with the used bath towels which she took away for washing to give same towels for next day.No WIFE as claimed, when I entered the room the receptionist came after me and took away the WIFE device. The hotel policy did not mention about the initial 500 THB as deposit for room key.I made reservation before 35 days or so and opted for superior room on 3rd floor but was given 1st floor or ground floor room which does not look superior.the hotel does not mention the difference between standard room & superior room, so u pay more thinking u will get superior room but on arrival only got 3rd grade standard room.so the hotel. They cheat us by not showing the difference between the 2.Very shabby treatment to people from India ,pakistan or Bangladesh meaning brown people. No such coffee in the lobby as claimed The room on ground floor was just next to adjoing garbage disposal.3 nights in this hotels is just like 3 nights in hell.

Room Tip: traveler has no such choice.it is the receptionist who decides which room to give to whom.I asked he...

I stayed at 18 coins for several days. My room was big and had a nice tv,big bed and small safe. linen was old and bathroom was a little tired. Staff were quite friendly and the restaurant was always busy. I paid 800 baht a night which seemed fair. Close to the action but quiet. Would I stay here again ? Yes.

Check in check out no problems at all and friendly enough. However the rooms are tiny and Towels, linnen etc. very very old.The worst was actually that I did't dare to leave anything in the room, due to the fact that the door had the most simple of all doors and one could have easily climbed into the 1st floor room from the back of the hotel.Internet was free and reliable.I ordered roast lamb for my evening meal and the meat and gravy was disgusting. However the roast potatoes were very good and the veg. just ok.I would not go there again and certainly never as a couple. Also it was not really quiet during the night.

I ended up booking here as I booked my Hotels too late for a Jan 2013 trip.

Right from when you got to the reception to check in, you can feel the vibes. You will feel most un-welcomed. Well that special treatment is reserved only for people who are brown

The rooms are okay for the price I paid.

I had the misfortune of trying to eat at their restaurant. The lady body waiteress did not bother to offer me a seat and did not bother to come to take my order. She just stared at me with a grumpy look and totally ignored me while she served other people of a different race who came later.

Another waitress finally took my order. But how do u think the food tasted to me ?

BTW .. I am well dressed, tip liberally and am very presentable.

Horrible place ... Will never ever stay there again.

Did not pay too much so I did not expect much. Restaurant quite good and not expensive. The location is quite good. Staff very friendly. Room could do with some maintenance and wash hand basin will do with hot water.

The room was okay and the TV very modern, wifi was an issue for us as it never worked on the third floor. The reason we give this review as a poor is because the staff were so rude. Nobody has time for rude women using theyre Facebook accounts and watching Videos on Youtube, not even looking at you when they speak, when they are in need of assistance.
