It was great great great!
We stayed in a sea view room with a balcony
And I have not seen a breakfast buffet with that kind of variety, the pools were clean and the bar in the pool was a big plus
we also used the gym, it was fun :D
We used the massages in the spa, huh such a relax!
you could also try the restaurants inside the hotel, we tried the indian one, and mmm yummy!
I loved this place, would totally go back there again

We arrived a business group.
Rooms are very clean and the balcony is pleasant. We got the sea view so the morning view was fabulous.
Staff are very friendly. check in was smooth but check out took time as there were only two ladies doing check out for almost 30 people in the morning.
Breakfast was superb and variety was excellent.
We had a business lunch which was again very nice.
City of Pattaya has lots of attractions and is 10 minutes away with a pickup type of taxi. It will cost less than $6 to reach the main city happening streets.
Internet connection was good and as it was via cable no wireless hassle was experienced but my iphone could not get Internet connection.

Room Tip: Sea view is not something you can miss.

This place is a time warp, an ode to 1980s resort design.

Great views, location and and extensive selection of facilities. Definitely worth the relatively cheap prices they are charging online, which includes a decent buffet breakfast.

But there are issues. The big one is that it's an old and fading five-star property where some of the infrastructure, especially in the rooms, should be replaced.

The TV was no good and a power point actually detached from the wall when I pulled a computer plug out.

Meanwhile, the bathroom and beds are 15 years out of date.

The guest mix is also jarring at times. The ambiance is set by whichever ethnic group dominates at the time. Indian one day, Chinese the next, Russian the day after.

This can be a little overwhelming for other guests. Who wants to go for a swim when the pool is packed with Indian pump salesmen?

That said, on balance I'd recommend it to people with no pretensions who are looking for a couple of days away from Bangkok.

It is what is.

Room Tip: Take a walk to Cosy Beach, around the corner, for some old-school Thailand.

We were there for staffing an event. The room is so great and relaxing. Great location, excellent service and breakfast buffet is so amazing. We had a great time there. When we had free time we could go to beach or get in the pool. I also love how they have so many variety of food for breakfast, I never get bored of it.
