Sitting on the balcony or round the pool it is hard to imagine that you are in Pattaya, but it is tranquil and far enough from the road not to hear the constant traffic, the rooms are very well maintained, as are the gardens which are extensive, food is excellent and the kitchens have a viewing window and look immaculate. Staff are very friendly, all of which made for a restful stay in an otherwise hectic environment.

Room Tip: preferred the second floor rooms they have a private balcony, lower floor only have seating area out...

Thai Garden offer a buffet meal which has suddenly gone up by THIRD, yes 33% overnight. What a rip off. Prices are not shooting up and this is a cynical ploy by the management. I've had to complain to the management on a number of issues. It's just not what visitors expect. Simply not good enough. I'm very disappointed with Thai Garden Resort.

Dear Guest,
thank you very much for your review, to which we would like to respond as follows.
The buffet you talk about exist like that for about 3 years. Over the past 3 years we did not change the price at all, it was 299,- THB net per person for 3 years! You are saying that we suddenly increasing the price by 33% over night (by 33%, we are talking about 100,- THB, or 2.60,- EUR, or 3.30,- USD)
You are also saying that prices are not shooting up like that.... here some examples: The price for electricity over the past 3 years in Thailand went up a lot, water is much more expansive than 3 years ago, gasoline much more expansive.. and on top of this, the government increased the minimum wage in the beginning of this year. Everything you can check on the internet....
I'm not sure where you come from, but i'm pretty sure that in your country, the prices went up as well and only because they increase not once in 3 years, but rather every month, doesn't mean that the prices didn't went up.
Furthermore, we didn't hide any of the prices, we advertise in every newspaper, radio, or TV station with the price. All of our prices are net, which mean that you pay what you see and not, like other restaurants, add service charge and tax later on.
And even then, you still can come, take a look at our buffets, if you like it, join, if you doesn't like what you see , you can go somewhere else, or eat a la cart.
Last but not least we still talking about a theme buffet which changes every night, with a life band and in a hotel with a total staff of 160 person, for about 10,- EUR all you can eat (not a restaurant on the street with no life music and 10 staff), . We are sure that we still have a very good value for money offer, and the number of guest we have every night, actually proof's us right.
We welcome everyone who would like to come and eat, enjoy the atmosphere and the life music at the poolside. But please do not check everything, eat, enjoy and complain later. You know what you get before you have to pay....

This resort hotel is fantastic - food, amenities, service, cleanliness and a beautiful large swimming pool. This hotel has them all. I have visited this hotel every year for the last 10 years - superb.

Room Tip: A deluxe room overlooking the pool is ideal. Probably better to be near the shallow end if you hav...

Large swimming Pool is perhaps the best attraction apart from the moon light pub and aesthetic gardens. Perfect place for families. Beware of mosquitoes (hotel normally puts up Hit to counter them). The only drawback I see, is it is far from sea.

If you are a lover of swimming pool and want to lay down in pool for hours this is the place for you. Had very good time at pool stayed at this hotel for 2 days and liked it. Just I upgraded my room to Deluxe Room and was perfect but just had a lizard in the room and staff couldnt do anything. Rest reception staff is very helpful but remember if you are in Thailand language will be a barrier unless you know thai.

The staff is absolutely unfriendly ! They don't even greet Indians politely.
Be careful with the room , coz for small small things they'll charge you. Better ask and gets a heads up whatever is free before checking in !!
I would say prefer a better hotel as for the same price you'll get hotels on the sea shore.
This hotel is a kilometre or two away from the sea shore

Dear Guest,
thank you very much for your review, to which we would like to response as follows:
we regret, if you had the impression, that our staff are unfriendly, or impolite to Indians. We will make sure that this wont happen again and improve our staff performance.
Regarding your warning of hidden charges, we would like to state that we do not have any hidden cost:
1. in opposition to many other hotels are all of our prices in the menu's, or anywhere else are net, that mean it is including tax and service charge. The price you see is what you pay!
2. we do not have Mini Bars in the rooms, all you find in the room is free of charge, this includes the coffee, tea and water. In case you need more than we provide, yes you have to pay for it, because we are not able to supply those things unlimited. Nevertheless, we will inform you about the cost for extras before you order!!! Furthermore, we allow all of our guest to shop outside of the hotel and fill up their refrigerators with the drinks from outside... you do not have to buy fro the hotel!
We trust that this statement helps other guest to rate this review.
Thank you very much
