As soon as we tried checking in we had so much problems with the receptionist who misunderstood our booking with latestays and tried charging us extra. And she kept getting more and more flustered as she could not understand english properly and so could not understand what we were trying to explain over and over and over again. And then she contacts her manager who tried insisting that we pay the whole bill up-front, as if she was afraid we would cheat them. I found this highly insulting and very very annoying. After the receptionist realised her mistake (and this is after almost 1/2 hour of arguing) she did not even bother to apologize to us but just gave this fake smile as if nothing happened. And even the next day at breakfast they tried to charge us extra again! Even though the manager apologized the next day, it left such a bad taste in my mouth and i could not wait to leave.
Breakfast was very very limited. Staff were also not very friendly. Location may be good but i'd rather stay somewhere else than in this place cos it just ruined our holiday. Receptionists should really learn some english!
