The hotel is about 25mns walking from the front sea but you can request for a free shuttle service once a day. The staff is helpful and friendly, breakfast is correct, rooms are big and comfortable. However, you have a full equipped kitchen which is not very useful, a lounge with flat TV screen that you can not look from your bed and if you want to connect internet by Wifi, the only place in my room was sitting on the toilet...

Apart from the non-beach location this hotel has no other negatives.
Enormous 2 bedroom apartments with classy interiors and well stocked kitchen. The most helpful service provided was the unbelievable 24 hour free taxi service to and from the heart of Pattaya.
Breakfast was modest but by the poolside which was simply majestic with its Greek architecture.
Amazing spa and massage as well.

We, my wife and two adult chuldren had two of the junior suits they are excellent spacious well furnished you could live in them. The breakfast is basic cereals rice fruit eggs to order coffee tea etc. There is a dip pool in the centre of the building gets very little sun maybe no bad thing in the height of the summer. There is a well equiped Gym with steam room and sauna thats all the good bits The location is not good at all allthough there are hundreds of girlie bars and snack bars close by they would not suit a couple or family looking for a beach holiday if this is you read on.
You are a good 25 mins walk to the very small and crowded beach via (at times) take your life in your hands getting across the first road there is a pelican crossing 50 metres to the right on the main road out side be warned a red light means nothing to the bikes and bart buses they totally ignore a red light.
We found that it was far better on beach road between soi 1-4 The seasons is on soi 9 third road back from the beach. A friend who was staying at the sabia lodge on soi 2 where we spent some of our time around the large pool is well worth a look rooms are basic but clean but if you are like us just sleeping and changing you dont need the quality of room as at the 4 seasons the bars and resturants are better and cheeper in this area, there are also many other lodges and big hotels in this area .Check them out

Big spacious opulent rooms. This hotel was absolutley amazing 20 years ago... It is very dated and the cleaning levels are disgusting. DO NOT LOOK IN ANY CORNERS... The rooms are very big and the kitcens are very large. terrible architechture as the pool gets no sun and is freezing cold
IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY DO NOT GO HERE OR EVEN TO PATTAYA

The Four Seasons is really excellent accommodation - make no mistake. The rooms are very nicely decorated, the staff are amazing and there is a delicious buffet breakfast. The only let-down is that you are staying a bit out of the action. Mind you, in Pattaya that can be a plus...

To get into town you can either take a fifteen minute walk or get the free tuk tuk so it's not a big drama.

We had a HUGE 2 bedroom apartment, with two bathrooms, flat-screen TV etc. Very plush.

The staff are so friendly and willing to help. The pool is pretty cold though - not one that you wouild want to swim in for a lengthy period. When we stayed there they had live music on a couple of nights and that was good. Really can't fault a great hotel.
