This is an all-suite hotel. Not in the normal sense for luxury hotels but in terms of the spacious rooms. My wife and I stayed in a 60 sm Junior Suite on the 2nd floor.

The suite is well laid out with separate areas for living, dining, bedroom and kitchen. Interior decor is classical. The living area featured oversized sofas, a dining table for 2, and a credenza for the LCD and DVD player. A chandelier hung from the corniced ceiling in the living area.

Spacious bedroom has a writing desk and a sliding door to a small balcony. The clear glass panel and sliding glass door provide an open view to the living area.

The kitchen is well equipped, perhaps over equipped for a hotel room.

Bathroom featured a WC, wash basin and shower cubicle. Here's where maintenance was grossly lacking. The stone tiles and grouting in the shower cubicle had dark patches of molds which turned even darker when wet! Molds were also found on the plastic strips on the shower door. I highlighted this in my guest comments form for management's attention.

Breakfast buffet was limited but adequate. The male service staff (possibly an executive) was hardworking, helpful and efficient.

One evening, we witnessed a group of 6 guests dipping in the pool and enjoying their wine in stemware in the water. This seemed a normal occurrence for the staff as they were not perturbed that the stemware may break and endanger pool users, possibly requiring the pool to be drained and the glass shards cleared. A stricter enforcement is clearly needed here.

The molds in the shower cubicle and the use of stemware in the pool were most unsettling. While they are minor items in an otherwise good and well appointed property, they are fundamental and major deficiencies.

My friends and I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. We stayed at Room 242, one of their 2 bedroom suites. The place is always clean and tidy with 2 spacious bedrooms & comfy beds, 2 spacious bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen. We were able to book this nice and affordable room through a promo in www.agoda.com and yes...the room comes with free breakfast buffets for four. The staff are always nice, approachable and friendly. The food are delicious. I really like the freshly squeezed orange juice they serve every morning. Overall, I can say that it was a good 3D2N stay ;)

Stayed at the hotel for three days. The room is actually a suite with a kitchen, living room and a bathroom. The living room looked onto the the pool n it was nice to sit here and have tea. The bathroom was small and the tub, omg, it was so inconvenient. You had to climb atop a wall to get in to it. Certainly, not for old people. You have to remember that this resort is quite far from other places and don't venture out on your own as the taxi service or tum-tuk service is not as good as that of Bangkok or Phuket. And I can tell you that we learnt this the hard way.
Unfortunately, when we ventured out, we spoke to the receptionist and had asked her for her guidance to go out. Whether it was her inability to understand English or what, we had a tough time getting back to the hotel and as mentioned by other contributors, each trip would cost you 200 bahts.
Coming back to the hotel, we were three on New Year's and the buffet on the New year which was compulsory was pathetic to say the least with no variety in food and whatever preparations were there were canteen variety and my son and I ended up filling ourselves with salad which too had finished and we ended up ordering pizza in room service. The pizza was ok. There was no dessert in the buffet.
The plus point of hotel: beautiful spacious suite and kitchen. The minuses: the bathroom and the food and quite an unhelpful staff.
Next day, we contacted a lady Koy who had a travel agency and whose partner while taking us around to see the attractions and the market was very patient and helpful. Her phone number is 0811666136 and 0897531814: Bow Good Price Tour n Transport. They arranged for the tickets to Sri Racha and underworld at a discounted price which was not available elsewhere.

We travelled to Pattaya Thailand in june'12. Looking at the reviews i was keen to book this hotel. We booked a junior suite.Well, the rooms and service at the place was excellent...the check-in was also good.. but the property was too far from the main attractions. It was not very easy to get a tuk tuk from that place.. you need to walk up to the main road to get one.The hotel could arrange a cab but a premium price.
The breakfast buffet to my disappointment was not very good. It was set up in an open area with flies moving around. So, we opted for an omelet rather than trying out other things.
But if you want to stay in Pattaya its better to book hotels on the Beach Road or at the end of Walking Street to enjoy the place and try out small eateries out there. Also, there are lot of good massage parlours at the beginning of the Walking Street which you must try.. at least a foot massage.. its very relaxing.
So, i suggest.. dont go by the reviews and opt for a convenient place.

We got a very big spacious two bed rooms with partial kitchen and a balcony facing outside just like a resort. Housekeeping service is not up to mark and it is like a resort and not like a hotel. They don’t change the soap and toiletries every days. Staff Reception was warm and welcoming and helpful. Internet was unlimited and free. Swimming Pool was not very deep but we did not had time to use it. Breakfast was poor for vegetarians but staff in the restaurant was helpful .We survived on bread and milk on most days but you will face this problem all over Thailand for vegetarians. There is a Indian restaurant nearby Badshah which provide Indian food .However you can use hotel drop facility to Zaika which is very good for Indian Food
Hotel provides free shuttle service to drop at nearby locations in Pattaya .However for pickup they will charge 200 bhat.Even if you take TAXI from any location in Pattaya they will normally charge you 200 baht for drop to hotel. The hotel is situated little far from beach and pattaya market. However this is an very good place to stay a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya and you can use hotel service to drop to any location in pattaya. But for dropping back to hotel the taxi service is very expensive
We booked shows like tiffny online(hotel2thailand) and Nong Nooch using hotel reception .We committed a error of booking coral island ourselves(we should have used hotel facility) because coral island is the only place in Thailand which is not tourist friendly

Room Tip: USE free shuttle service of hotel,A Bike and taxi agent near the hotel will drop you on motor cycle...

Lovely big suite rooms. Poor start on arrival. No one to direct where to park and no one to take bags had to bring them in ourselves!
Good to excellent room service from then.
Pool not much just for kids.
Overall pretty good value for money.

My first visit to Pattaya was excellent mainly due our stay at this treat to watch & stay hotel. We received a warm welcome at the reception. We stayed at the 8th floor. The breakfast was excellent. The waiting lounge is so beautiful.

Room Tip: Suite is excellent. But otherwise look for 8th Floor Rooms...
