My wife and I was only to stay 2 days in Pattaya at the Sandy Springs Hotel and instead we stayed for 4 days and 5 nights,
rooms are very clean and employees very very friendly and they help you on discounts on rooms the more days you stay. The food was excellant they bring it to you hot and fresh. i loved their pool clean and warm.. I will be going back to Thailand to see my wife in December and will stay at this same hotel again but for 1 week this time. great for couples.

Located on soi 13 which is a very quiet soi with good access to baht bus on beach road and 2nd road,
Room was good , as was bathroom (be careful hot water was really hot)
Staff really friendly and plenty of eating places near by
Am flying to Hanoi on 30th March with Air Asia at 6.45am
Have arranged to have my visa on arrival with Adventure Indochina Travel

Anyway Sandy Spring,s hotel very good

stayed in the Sandy Spring Hotel cause my friends had chosen it. Had to take their deluxe seaview room at TB 2200 all the other rooms do not have safes in the room. Room itself is nicely renovated, but the bathroom is obviously still the old one, with bathtub, cheap fixtures and very little amenities. Toilet seat is so badly discolored that you wonder how many years of services it has. When i asked the reception to speak to the manager/owner concerning the state of the bathroom i was told that he was not around and didn't care anyway.
Staff was friendly enough, room was quiet and clean, but you will find better rooms at cheaper prices in the same street. Also the cable tv seems to have some problems with sound, as often the sound is garbled and very difficult to understand.
