Have very good staff. Fix any problem in no time. Been staying this hotel many times now. And good location and price. Nice and clean rooms.
Only negative is that in some rooms dont have safetybox. But have in reception.

Will come back every time.

This is the all around perfect place to stay at the medium level budget. I finally got a VIP card since I was here in super low season, Sept, and so the upgraded room was nice at the discounted price. Big new TV ocean view, nice mood accent lighting and the best part, in room safe. Thanks Sandy Spring for you smiles and service.

Room Tip: I think a sea view is worth the extra ten bucks but my buddy could care less so as they say, up to y...

My wife and I was only to stay 2 days in Pattaya at the Sandy Springs Hotel and instead we stayed for 4 days and 5 nights,
rooms are very clean and employees very very friendly and they help you on discounts on rooms the more days you stay. The food was excellant they bring it to you hot and fresh. i loved their pool clean and warm.. I will be going back to Thailand to see my wife in December and will stay at this same hotel again but for 1 week this time. great for couples.

Room Tip: the higher the better and get a ocean view room , you wake up and see the ocean from the balcony.

stayed in the Sandy Spring Hotel cause my friends had chosen it. Had to take their deluxe seaview room at TB 2200 all the other rooms do not have safes in the room. Room itself is nicely renovated, but the bathroom is obviously still the old one, with bathtub, cheap fixtures and very little amenities. Toilet seat is so badly discolored that you wonder how many years of services it has. When i asked the reception to speak to the manager/owner concerning the state of the bathroom i was told that he was not around and didn't care anyway.
Staff was friendly enough, room was quiet and clean, but you will find better rooms at cheaper prices in the same street. Also the cable tv seems to have some problems with sound, as often the sound is garbled and very difficult to understand.

4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 February 2012

I have stayed at The Sandy Spring Hotel many times before and as always it was a pleasure to be welcomed back. The requested rooms were ready upon our arrival and the stay was as good as on all previous visits. The staff is very friendly and the location 1/2 block from the beach and main road is an added plus.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the pool is never crowded and plenty of towels and lounge chairs are available at this 3 star property. Probabably one of the best deals in town.

Thanks to one and all at the Sandy Spring Hotel for another great stay.

Room Tip: Book early as they do fill up easily.
