This place is a must stay! If you want to have a nice space room, friendly staff (that are always welcoming and friendly) and a place to relax then look no further. Wifi, coffee, tea, a map, good breakfast and laughs are free. We would stay again if we ever come back to Dalat!

Room Tip: Nice room all

Staff were great, breakfast was amazing! Location was good, in fact Everything was perfect about this place apart from it was slightly noisy at night. My partner still managed to sleep but I'm a very light sleeper.

I would stay here again if I returned to Dalat. Worth the money for the breakfast alone!

We had the pleasure of staying five nights at this guesthouse. All staffs were very helpful everyone was so nice. They also told us on how to avoid travel agents scam, great places for breakfast. Room is clean and nice to stay with a very peaceful environment. They organised a city tour and everything ran to perfection and enjoyable . A small guesthouse, but big on service and satisfaction. Recommend this place to our friends and hopefully will be back one day!

Room Tip: choose a room far from stair:)

The room was big, comfy and clean, as was the bathroom (although the shower was between the toilet and the sink, so everything was pretty wet after showering). The staff was nice and the breakfast included was surprisingly good.
In overall, the hotel is not spectacular or special but offers a good value for the budget price.

First trip to Dalat. This place was recommended by a good friend in Hong Kong who was here a few months earlier. Owners run a couple places up here and the whole experience was amazing (life changing?). For the price you can't beat the location, comfort, breakfast, and access to everything that Dalat has to offer. My room was in the back of the hotel and quite quiet. The owners offered me a glimpse of what Dalat has, including an amazing hike down the old railway line, walking through coffee plantations. Stunning!

Unfortunately it was raining when I was there and it was the only city I have needed a jacket in even in the daytime. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful but the hotel itself seems let go. The bed had no sheets...just a comforter with no cover...and they didn't clean the room or refresh the soap or anything. The halls echo as they seem to be made of marble and the patrons don't seem to notice so that makes it noisy. The phone at the front desk sounded like an alarm clock in my room, on the second floor. It is inexpensive so popular with backpackers. Breakfast was simple...an egg done the way you want...couple of pieces of fruit..bread..coffee...no selection. I would pick another place when I return to Dalat..hopefully in better weather.

Room Tip: If it is raining, ask for a space heater...the room is damp and cold in bad weather.

Thanks for taking the time to do the review. A few things we'd like to clarify:
1. That was the coldest and wettest few days we've seen in Dalat in a lllllooong time. Really cold and miserable. Even those of us who live here were going crazy from the bad weather.
2. Yes - we have a few space heaters available for these really cold times.
3. Sheets - the hotel uses the Vietnamese way of sheets and comforter - they are cleaned after every stay or during your stay upon request.
4. Vietnam can be NOISY! Ear plugs are highly recommended, especially in budget hotels. We are going to make high quality earplugs available for purchase at the front desk.
Safe travels.

I stayed at Green City for one night before moving over to the new Train Villa.
Our room at the Green City was really big! Very comfortable. I missed the complimentary breakfast, but heard good things. We went to a nearby Pho shop that was great, and the coffee shop next door was very relaxing with a local feel. The ladies at the front desk are extremely helpful, the wifi is great, and there are two computers in the lobby you can use if you need time on a computer! They also had some local coffee beans for sale at the front desk. Very nice place!
