Moved from PX hotel just down the slope to this guesthouse. Experienced a world of a difference especially in what a room is supposed to provide. The room and amenities were spick and span, the hot showers reliably available and the owner, Qui/Quee friendly and readily there to help. It also lies a short distance away from reliable short tour operators, Cho Dalat, eateries and rows of cafes, making the place especially accessible. Highly recommended for the small price to pay for a single room.

Unfortunately we couldn't stay here because it was so popular it was fully booked, but we came for one drink and stayed all day!!! Do call them to book ahead or you'll be disappointed! The owner and his daughter are lovely, so hospitable and helpful. They made us feel really welcome, and we'll definitely be back for their famous breakfast in the morning! Also great place to meet other travellers as everyone chills watching Da Lat go by outside. Oh, and the hot chocolate is amazing!!!

We moved here from Peace Hotel next door which was a little rundown and cold for our liking. The rooms in Les Sapins were shining and new, so new that they still had plastic wrapping on most of the plug sockets. The girl running the place is a little odd, but accommodating once you get used to the way she converses with you. The beds are exceptionally firm - not in a "springs sticking into you" way, just a solid mattress. We asked for another duvet which was supplied, and had a surprisingly good sleep. We payed $8 for a double after we asked her to match next door's price. If you don't like hard beds, you can probably knock a star or two off the review, but as far as value for money goes, this hotel is excellent.

This was a nice new place with spacious, clean rooms. It has new double glazing too for when it gets cold and keeps the sound out. Unfortunately had a hot water issue with the shower. The girl was lovely though, lent us here dvd player to watch films in our room and made a good breakfast - very helpful although slightly odd. Other highlight is its location, right by lots of good restaurants and importantly it's where you'll find the real Easyriders - a must for anyone staying in Dalat!

Superb service, unbelievable value, modern, clean, spacious.... nothing negative to say!

We originally had booked to stay at Villa Pink House for our 4 day/3 night trip to Dalat. However, when we arrived they did not have a room for us and took us over to a hotel across the street. That hotel was ghastly...and we decided to book elsewhere.

Les Sapins had a room available, but when walking over there we couldn't find it! Had we walked a little farther down the street, we would have seen it... it was just us being tired, cold, and overall frustrated with how the night was stacking up. We ended up being ushered into a hotel by a local and decided to stay there for the night. We found Les Sapins the next day and thank goodness we did!

The staff at the hotel go above and beyond in service-- they are helpful, friendly, and were always concerned that everything was up to the highest standards. The hotel is conveniently located within 5 minutes of the center of town and the local market. Here's just a few of the little details that we appreciated: They brought us an extra blanket as it was cold, brought our breakfast to our room at our request, gave us recommendations, provided enjoyable conversation throughout our stay....and this is just to name a few. Also, they gave us a ride to the airport our last day and we talked during our whole ride!

You definitely get more than the best bang for your buck at this hotel! Breakfast was delicious and the numerous latte's that I drank throughout our stay were always incredible. .

The hotels during the rest of our trip through Vietnam have a lot to live up to!

Me and my girlfriend were originally going to check the peace hotel out but ended up walking in les sapins 60 and we are so glad we did. The rooms are stylish and brand new, the staff are so helpful and friendly...they even provided us with a umbrella when it rained!! we got breakfast included and the price was so cheap for the level of service you get. Definitley would reccomend this place for your stay in dalat!! And is also located near some really good restaurants!

Room Tip: Some rooms have a little balcony that look out onto the city so maybe try for one of those rooms!

I went to a few of the suggestions from lonely planet first and they couldn't compare to this place. I had it suggested to me by one of the easyriders who I met at the bus station and he couldn't have been more right. The place is stylish, brand new and an incredible value. Especially when compared to what you pay elsewhere. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and went the extra mile for me whenever I needed help. The room I had was big, very clean and even had a balcony with a nice view. The food was cheap, delicious and prepared by the owners charming daughter. I couldn't have asked for more.
