It took a while for my taxi guy to find it, but im glad he did! Great setting, views, lighting, and recommended for sunset. It is set in a restored old train car complete with old photos and other old items. I enjoyed the chill music, other people hanging out there, and the pizza was great too! Definitely recommend it!

“Quaint, quiet dinner”
Reviewed 26 November 2013 via mobile

Based on strong reviews, my wife and I decided to have dinner at the Train Cafe. The taxi driver wasn't sure about the directions. Luckily, I had a business card with a map. The cafe is a bit off the beaten path!

There was only one other couple there. It is still early for high season.

The menu is pretty international. My wife had a bleu cheese burger and it was very tasty. I don't even like blue cheese and I thought it was great. I ordered the tom yum goong soup. It was really nice.

The train has character and the outside seating area is pretty. The waitress was helpful, too.

“A must see and visit!”
Reviewed 21 November 2013

Real train car since 1910' covert to a cafe and restaurant! We just say WOW! This is a restaurant which you need to experience for yourself! The food is really great. Self made bread, international food, fresh mix drinks and not to mention the friendliest service we have in years. The owner takes the time to have a chat with you and she even told us the Dalat Train Villa & Cafe history. After that he created a travel map for us through Dalat with the best places we need to visit.

“Excellent”

My fav place in Dalat. Tried dalat coffee coconut cake and special dish with bread. Everything is good. We went there on a rainy day not so many customers around. Waitress is so nice. It was one quiet place with nice jazz and food. Love it. Location is a little bit tricky u hv 2 screenshot address so that taxi driver would find it much more easier.
