Great time sipping a sundowner in that awesome bar. Train tunes and good drinks make memorable train journeys come back to life. Cannot wait for my next visit.

The red wine available was almost as good as the wine in California. The actual bar is cozy and ripe with atmosphere. Curtis and Thuy are very engaging and cool people. We had a great time.

This bar/cafe/villa is truly one of a kind in Vietnam and what a pleasant surprise it is. The owners Thuy and Curtis as always aim to please and provide the best service and comfort possible. The train itself is a blast from the past and sitting down inside the wonderfully renovated train car is relaxing and beautifully done. With train tunes chugging along as you enjoy a nice glass of wine and some delightful food items, one can sit back and enjoy the company of friends or loved ones in a vibrant yet romantic atmosphere. A must visit while in Dalat and one that I will surely return to in the near future!

This was our best dinner in Vietnam - candlelight dinner in a train car! It's an old (1910?) French train car - restored in a really tasteful way. Menu was a bit limited but adequate. (Lasagna, soups, salads, some Vietnamese dishes.) We had soup, salad, and pasta. Wonderful. Wine list was one of the most complete we've seen in Vietnam - Chilean, French, Australian and Vietnamese wines. We broke out a bottle of champagne to celebrate our wedding anniversary. At night the views of Dalat were stunning from the traincar. Outdoor seating available for smokers, etc. Only criticism would be to have a bit wider selection on the menu. The music selection was old-school - Louis Armstrong etc - matching the atmosphere of the train car. Highly recommended.
