We were a long-term residence and we lived in a three-bedroom apartment with our dog for three years. We had a great stay thanks to all the staff of Fraser Suites there. Ha Noi is where receiving a good or minimum standard of service can be difficult. It is also a place with a lot of hassle for doing regular things like shopping, or getting a taxi, etc. That is why Fraser is a very good place to stay for someone coming to Ha Noi for a long-term stay, or even for a short trip. The room is clean, well-taken care of, and well-equipped with modern facilities, and it also has a gorgeous view if the room is facing the lake.

We did not have any major problems while staying there, but everyone (front office staff, engineers, guards, and management) was very helpful and quick to respond to our requests whenever we needed something. They were people that we could rely on.

Finding a nice place to stay in Hanoi in terms of the infrastructure (building, modern rooms) is not very hard. But finding a nice place with well-trained staff who understand and respond to your needs is very difficult. For anyone who do not want to face hassle after coming back to your room, Fraser Suites is highly recommended.

We booked a 2 bedroom suite after moving from another hotel we were not satisfied with. It was amongst the best decisions we made while staying in Hanoi, although the waterside location was not much to look at, the location in terms of shops, banks etc. was great the suite of course was of a high standard packed with facilities and aminities to allow for self catering as well as restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The business suite below the restaurant is cosy and the staff is very friendly. meeting other guests it was clear that they considered this place a home from home.

Fraser suites has always being top-notch in service apartments and the one in Hanoi is no exception, Clean rooms, big living rooms with the usual amenities like towels, TV etc. The apartment we stayed in even had a surround sound system. You can get a nice breakfast buffet with salad, fruits(which my kid loved), carbo(rice/noddles), porridge and much more at the restaurant on the ground floor.Service staff at the front desk speak and understand English well. Connected to the fraser suites is a shopping centre with a super-mart where you can buy water, baby food and groceries for cooking at pretty much local prices. This came in very handy especially since we are travelling with a 14 month old and the apartment have cooking facilities. There are a few other eating places in the shopping centre too.I loved the stay in Fraser!

Fraser suites is on the "expat" side of Hanoi on Xuan Dieu st.. Along the street you can find street food and posh restaurants/bars all in one. It would be easy to find cheeses, wine and European styled breads but do not expect them to be as cheap as back home.As you can imagine, the "expat" side is a distance(15min to 20min) cab ride to the old quarters where a lot of the action is happening. If you are single or just married and want to explore without children, I would recommend a hotel in the old quarters. It would be nearAer to all the sights as well. Word of caution though, in crowded areas like the night market, keep your bags close. My wife got her bag cut open at the side but thank God nothing was missing. But it did cost her the bag.

We stayed here when our Ha Long Bay trip was cancelled. We fancied a pool and a chill out time and we made a great choice. Booked a 1 bed apartment, but received a 3 bed place. Great views, very clean, modern, comfortable, very nice pool, quiet when we were there, good room service food, supermarket on site for beers etc - does exactly what description says it offers. We had a great time.

Not brilliant location if you want to explore central Hanoi - but we didn't that night.

We booked for a week in the 2-bedrooms and didn't regret.
Our pick-up at the airport was reliable, the entire precinct was sparkling clean and well taken care of by the team of smiley local staff. Much to our delight as everywhere else outside of this building stood still in the 70's Asia and language was a challenge.

The reception staff gladly coordinates our private tours, and exploration of the city. Great service!

My child loved the pool, and ensured that we get to use it once a day! We were most assured to know the location is right next to the International SOS medical help. That aside, we could walk to West Lake, Flower Market and it was also near the Old Quarters.

We'll be back as on stopover to explore other Vietnam Cities.

Room Tip: Choose a high floor that looks towards the West Lake. During sunset, it is beautiful.

We stayed at Fraser Suites last month and we were extremely happy with the apartment and facilities on offer. We had a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment for 3 adults and a baby and found it to be amazingly spacious and well equipped. The room had everything we needed and an additional bonus for us was the mini mart in the small shopping centre downstairs. There would have easily been room for another couple or small family to stay in this apartment with us.

The pool was fantastic and the gym also looked good. Breakfast was basic but still had everything we needed. The staff were great and paid extra attention to our little girl and she hade a great time socialising with them!

The only negative for us was the fact that we really couldn't walk anywhere from the accommodation. As with many parts of Vietnam, the streets outside were very busy and footpaths were virtually non-existant, so particularly with a baby it was difficult to go anywhere apart from in a taxi or shuttle.

Would highly recommend these suites to people travelling with children or those who like plenty of room to move in their accommodation. Laundry and kitchen facilities were great and the standard of the room exceeded our expectations.

Thanks to everyone at Fraser Suites for their great service and facilities!

We booked the studio rooms, which are really spacious with a kitchen, living and bed area. Great service and very clean rooms. I always enjoy staying in Fraser. Stayed before in Bangkok, which was a great experience as well.
The only down side of the studio rooms is, that they are on the back road. Which is a little bit dark at night. It didn´t really bother me though. The overall service and room quality make up for it.
Great find in Hanoi!
