My husband and I, we'd stayed in this hotel. And we really enjoy staying here. The hotel room is very comfortable and clean. The hotel staff are very helpful. And breakfast is excellent. The hotel location is in the centre of old street, just 5 minutes walking to Hoan Kiem Lake and shopping centre. It's very convenient. We highly recommend this hotel to travellers. We'll for sure come back next time if we staying in Hanoi.

Felt a bit let down by my experience with this hotel, the staff were all lovely, room was cleaned every day, the tv didn't work! Don't eat the breakfast it's not included and very poor for the price.
We thought the hotel breakfast was included it wasn't so watch out for that also!

Lovely place to stay. While you may find cheaper accommodation within Hanoi, if you want a comfortable bed, clean sheets, a soft pillow, air con that actually works, a HOT shower with great pressure and staff that are genuinely helpful and fluent in English... then it's worth forking out a little extra per night. We travelled through Vietnam for two months and while this was a few dollars more than anywhere else we stayed, it was MILES nicer. We had no issues while staying here, didn't have to lug our bags up 6 flights of stairs (they have an elevator would you believe it!) and had a wonderful breakfast each morning. All this in the centre of town, only a few blocks from the lake and museums.

We stayed here three nights and the hotel was so clean and the room very comfortable and no traffic outside. Staff very helpful and freindly. The two guiding tours we booked through the hotel were fantastic, thanks to the both guides for an excellent job. If I return to Hanoi, which I have planned, I will stay here again.

Room Tip: Ask for room nr 702 and you will get a judge and nice room.

I stayed for six nights in this nice hotel in a quiet alley. No streetnoise. The staff is great and helpfull. Close to atractions, the mausoleum is only 20 min. walk, and the lake. The rooms are clean and there's an elevator. I would recommend this hotel.

very helpful staff, always ready and willing to help. BIG room with everything you'd expect from more expensive places. well maintained. great location very near the lake and the old streets but very quiet and peaceful inside the hotel.

Room Tip: don't expect to extend your stay once at the hotel 9at the desk) as the price is higher!

We stayed here for one night only because we mistakenly booked one night too few in the Hanoi Pearl, which we found was fully booked when we realised our mistake. Given that this hotel was only about a third of the cost, we were a little concerned about what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the service was excellent and very friendly, and the room and hotel were very good for the price. WiFi worked perfectly. I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a good quality budget hotel.
