The hotel itself is basic but OK. Also the breakfast is basic but OK. Biggest advantages are the location (centre of old town) and the reasonable price. The service is good, they arranged and paid the airport pick up for us.

The hotel is located in the centre of Hanoi Old Quarter. The room is large, facitities are good and the price is reasonable. Breakfast is ok and value.
You can enjoy many great foods and buy the souvenirs or goods here. Or seat at a small restaurant in the street and drink some beer and enjoy some specialities.

I'm from hochiminh city, i was anxious to find a hotel in Hanoi for me and my wife on Chirstmas, Finally, I found the hotel prince 400vnd per night, this price is justified because of the convenient location.
Good service, friendly staff, clean, but air conditioned and television are old, it's hard to control by remote. Anyway, i felt satisfied after my vacation. ....

We were taken here by another hotel that lost our booking and promised us it would be the same quality as the other one. It looks nice however the shower was freezing cold - when we asked the staff about it the man came up and said it would take 10 minutes to warm up - half an hour later still no hot water - they then said it would take a further half an hour to warm up. The staff were rude and unhelpful as well and did not seem interested in helping you at all. Don't waste your time and stay here. For the price we paid we would have been better off to go and stay at a hostel for $5 a night.

We stayed here just over a week. Large rooms, one of the biggest we had seen in SE Asia. Cleaned daily and towels changed out. Basic breakfast incld (Eggs, coffee & toast) When we went to Halong Bay they keep our big bags in storage for free. Very friendly staff and they all speak english very well. Bathrooms were a little tired but to be honest I've seen a lot worse. Super quite considering your in the middle of Hanoi. AC works a charm. 8/10 for accommodation.

Room tip: Rooms at the back of the hotel eg: 103,203,303 and so on are big and its very quite considering your in the middle of Hanoi.
