This hotel deserves a higher rating as it is a lovely hotel in a great location in Hanoi. The staff are very helpful and the hotel is spotless, with high quality fit out. The location is a bonus as it's in the middle of the action on Hang Bong street, and while the street is continually busy the hotel offers a retreat from the noise and heat of Hanoi. The lake and good restaurants are within easy walking distance. If you are looking for a classy place to stay that won't cost a fortune this is the place to stay.

We spent 3 nights there. Services delivered were very good, a 4 star hotel that could be a 5 one. Well decorated, all new furniture, people are very kind. Some of the rooms have a wall instead of the windows but it is because Hanoi is a very dense city and hotel has views only in front and back of the street, not by side. I warmly recommend it.

Great location to wander some amazing streets and easy access to major tourist spots. Our room was fabulous and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We ate in after a big day out touring and the food was delicious, beautifully presented and very reasonable. Would happily stay here again.
