This was the last place we stayed at before leaving Vietnam. I can strongly recommend this hotel. It's in a great location in the old quarter. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with good bathrooms. This was probably the nicest place we stayed in during our 12 days in Vietnam. I can thoroughly recommend it.

The hotel can be tricky to find because there are numerous Rising Dragons in Hanoi and the front of the building says Serenity. Worth looking for though.
The room was very clean, the shower was hot, and the free breakfast was quite nice.
The manager of the hotel was very helpful with getting us organized to go to Cat Ba, which was very much appreciated.

We used this hotel as our base during our stay in northern Vietnam (we did 2 trips to Sapa and Halong Bay). Close to the station and the old quarter (all walking distance). Nice rooms for a good price. Would stay again.

i strongly recommend staying in this hotel. they will make your stay in hanoi hassle free and they always serve with a smile.

it is in the centre of everything and the hotel staff made our stay in hanoi very pleasant. we've booked the halong bay tour and the perfume pagoda tour through the hotel. miss anna, the hotel manager, was so helpful from the time when i was planning our stay through the time we checked out. she always provided service with a smile and always asked how our day was.

the only drawback was that the hotel staff did not expect us to arrive at the wee hours of the morning although i have informed them earlier. however, their hotel driver was on standby at the airport and drove us straight to hanoi. we initially booked a superior room but it was later upgraded to a suite that had a better view of the city. this was really excellent and it more than made up for the very minor inconvenience.

We arrived at 3 o' clock at night, but the guy who welcomed us was very very friendly. Same for the rest of the staff. For example: one of the girls even walked with us to arranged a good price by the local hairdresser. The service is great, the room was very luxious for the price we paid. The place is nearby all the hotspots of Hanoi. I've you stay in Hanoi this is the perfect hotel to stay!
