Ate on the verandah outside. Pity about the smokers. Excellent vietnamese food - this is what they do - and a good range of dishes, great desserts. Eggplant side was a highlight. Loved the lotus and young coconut. Extensive wine menu but the (cheap) South African chablis was not a highlight. Good service at the start but it trailed off and got very sloooow as the place filled up. Bill was very high compared to elsewhere but that's a 5 star hotel or you. You pay for the atmosphere.
