The hotel is comfortable and clean. Everything what you need are provided in the room.
Breakfast is very variety in Vietnamese food and international food.

There is not much to do around the hotel. The Lake is far about 2 km.

The room is not silent. You can hear noise from the next door room and outside the hotel.

The hotel room is comfortable and clean. However, there is not much to do around the hotel. There are a lot of vendors on the pavements. Much more to do at the Old Quarter, this hotel is in the French Quarter. You have to take the taxi to the lake, Old Quarter and other tourist attractions. Make sure you are familiar with the dong currency, otherwise you could get taken for a ride by taxi drivers.

This hotel is representative of the class of less expensive places that tourists may find acceptable. It has its downsides, for example, if you stay here in winter the heat may be on but your particular temperature history may dictate that cooling is desired unlike the locals who thrive on heat and wear jackets at 77 F.

The breakfast is tedious with the same several dishes served in subsequent days but it is nutritious. A water kettle in the room for making tea and coffee is good. The safe is sizable and worked well enough. There were robes, slippers and an umbrella in the closet. Many amenities were supplied in the bathroom including toothbrushes but only a single bar of soap so you could end up in the shower without soap.

The real downsides may lie in safety risks such as an internal stairway that serves as a fire exit but is semi circular and not easy to safety descend as well as a stair way in the atrium that has no railings and appears likely to cause falls to unsuspecting guests who unknowingly step off the side.

We arrived here after a long flight to a well appointed hotel. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and everything you need in the bathroom. Wifi was readily available and a wide choice of English TV if you need TV on holidays.
Breakfast was good, as was the coffee. Fresh fruit was placed in the room each morning, along with two bottles of water.
The location is great with street sellers just outside the front door, and 10 min walk to tourist attractions.
It is a little noisy with Motorbike horns and government announcements over the street speakers but I imagine this is the same or any place in this area.
Overall a good hotel with helpful staff.

We ended up in this hotel after the May De Ville in the old quarter was not able to honour our booking.
The staff here were very apologetic and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
The hotel is in a good location, about a 10 minute walk to the old quarter.

Comfortable beds and breakfast was OK.

Well-located hotels for shops and restaurants. Rooms are variable in size but well appointed with tea/coffee maker, TV, wifi. Breakfast had a fair assortment of choice. No swimming pool. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff.

Their rooms are clean and has very nice interior design. The toilet is clean and with basic ammenities like shampoo, soap, disposable comb and razor. Their rooms also have a flat screen cable TV and Wii-fi internet access (although definitely needs some upgrading so better to bring your own notebook if possible; they also have 3 public computers in the lobby).
