“clean room, good service at readonable price.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 November 2013

I stayed at Parkson hotel Hanoi for 1 night before I went to Ha Long Bay.
I got a clean room, very reasonable price. The staff was very helpful. My wife left her travelling iron & transformer in the room, we were able to recover them several days after we checked out.

We had a terrific stay; cant say enough about the excellent staff, they were almost helpful in everyway. The hotel stored our bags while we went on a cruise to halong bay and on our return the luggage was already in our same room for the rest of our stay. Breakfast was good with the mixture of Vietnamese and Western ones. However, the area was a liitle cramped so not enough space for 50 guests at the same time. Other than that this was nice hotel and we can highly recommend for all leisure travelers and businessmen.

What a wonderful experience we have had at this little gem of a hotel. Everything about this hotel had a great vibe, beginning with the staff- Kenny and Joe are so helpful and there happiness filters down to all the staff members. Special thanks also to Ken, Phu, Kim and Nancy who couldn't do enough to help. Rooms are large and clean, location is excellent but also quiet at night. We organised train tickets through their travel office and was easy and cheaper than you could book yourself. We felt safe and completely at home here and would definitely stay here on return. We have stayed in other hotels in Hanoi but this one wins our vote.

After 2 times stayed at this hotel we feel confident to highly recommend this hotel for the following reasons:
- Location: Could not be better as it is located on Hang Voi street, Hoan Kiem, close to everything Midtown has to offer. Hoan Kiem Lake, Water Puppet Theater is only 3 minutes walk, 10 minutes to night Market as well as Dong Xuan, the biggest local market in Hanoi. From hotel you can walk as much as possible instead of taking taxi in order to appreciate all those little corners and shops you would otherwise miss if you’re on a taxi. So the hotel being situated on this street was perfect for me.
Room and facilities:
It is very big room with opening window with city views. Coffee/ tea making facilities were nice and handy. There was full of modern facilities such as Flat TV with cable, safe-box, hot shower, strong air-con, sofa, computer... WiFi connection was good and it came very handy.

Staff:
All the staff members we came across were nice and helpful. The value for money, as other reviewers mentioned also, was great. We all know hotels in Old quarter a lot so to have a hotel in such a prime location at a really reasonable price is a great thing. Perhaps we shouldn't be raving too much about this aspect; it may encourage the hotel to increase room rates! (just kidding).

Overall, we had a really good stay and this will be one of the first hotels I will check when I travel to Hanoi next time.

My sisters and I had stayed in this hotel for two nights, and inbetween going to halong bay and
Sapa ie 7d6n. Glad that we were allowed to keep our luggages in the hotel. Hotel room was beautifully decorated and the hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Mr kenny and joe were very helpful and nice. One setback is we were charged three per cent extra when we paid by credit card because we did not bring enough cash to pay for hotel room, halong tour, Sapa, Tamcoc, city tours. So remember to bring more cash. Tour fare was much higher, which I did not mind as the hotel organized everything for me. Halong bay and Sapa have beautiful and natural scenery. Must go.

Room Tip: Choose rooms on the nine floor
