We read about this cafe in Lonely Planet, it's so cute and quirky, a bit like a layered cake really you go through a lane way and up several flights to get to the top. It's very old and just beautiful. Had vehicle lasagne which was awesome. Definitely go here for some food abit like home.

This bar has three floors, sofas and soft chairs, good prices on beer and food, nice choice of music. In short, you should definitely pay a visit. It's a small door so it's not easy to find, but it's worth making the effort. Staff are very friendly and chatty, and it is a great place to come with friends. It's close to the backpackers' area, but far enough away that you can get away from all the noise and hustle and bustle. This would definitely be my local if I was a resident.

I love this place as a secret hideaway from the hustle & bustle of the Old Quarter. Cool and relaxed. Nice iced-ginger tea and friendly staff. Good music too!
