“Great Value!!!!”

The staff were amazing, always very helpful and polite. Location was great. The room was spacious and very clean. Not only they upgraded our room because we were on our honeymoon but they even prepared us some snacks to take with us on our trip to Halong Bay. One of the best hotels that I have been in all Asia.

Staff were amazingly friendly and helped us with everything. They booked for us a cruise for halong bay with a great company and you can definitely trust their recommendations. The rooms are not very big but very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast, great coffee, great location. Loved it! We'll definitely come back when we're in Hanoi.

Tu Linh Palace is located in the old quarter of Hanoi near to all the sites and restaurants. It's rated as a two star hotel but its rooms are clean and well equipped with TV,AC and fridge. What reary makes this hotel a five star is the staff;Tim on the front desk and his co workers are so helpful and make your stay Hassel free.

Compact and contemporary design is the best way for me to describe this hotel. Stayed for 2 nights in deluxe room. The room was cozy and clean; equips with flat tv, mini bar, safety box, hair drier, WiFi and many more features which I did not expect from a 2 stars hotel. The staffs were friendly and helpful which makes your stay memorable. For the price that I paid, this hotel is just right for a budget traveler.

We stayed in this hotel during our time in Hanoi. Upon arrival we were shown to our room, which was spacious with en-suite.

Cleanliness - There was hair in the sink and a used cotton bud on the window sill. However, it was fine for the price we paid per night.

Staff - Can't believe I'm saying this but the staff are over friendly and we felt quite suffocated. We would be chased through the lobby by the manager every time we entered or exited the hotel. It was nice that he cared but we just wanted to come and go as we pleased. When the manager found out that we would be revisiting Hanoi later during our trip he practically begged us to book his hotel again. Unfortunately this had the opposite effect and we moved to a different hotel.

Location - the accommodation was right in the centre of the busy old town.
Just a stones throw from the Handspan Tour operators offices.

Breakfast - pretty poor to be honest.

Room - Wifi is available and our room was good

Absolutely wonderful little hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi.

Staff were welcoming and friendly, offering fresh fruit, hot and cold beverages at all times, and really useful advice and suggestions about things to see and do around Hanoi.

The room and en suite bathroom were clean and really comfortable, and breakfast was plentiful and very tasty, with both cold buffet options and cooked foods available.

Combined with its excellent location in the Old Quarter, making it very accessible, this hotel is absolutely fantastic value for money, highly recommended!!

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Excellent value for what we paid as a last minute booking on agoda.. Our room was a little small but very clean. The hotel is located in the Old Quarter and is a little walk from the central area, but still easily accessible on foot, The staff at Tulinh Palace are wonderful and extremely helpful.
