We were originally booked into another Hotel but due to room unavailabilty we were asked to check into the Aranya Hotel instead with a room upgrade. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like royalty absolutely nothing was too much trouble Nguyen Quoc Cuong saw to it that our initial inconvenience was almost instantly forgotten as we were shown to our room which had a small balcony overlooking the street. A special mention to Jan at the front desk who has a great sense of humour but went above and beyond in looking after us. As an example I needed an adaptor to charge my iPad a young porter was sent out at night to purchase me one which cost me 10000 vnd (50 cents). We also needed to store our bags while we caught train to Sapa this they did and also allowed us to have a shower when we arrived back after overnight train trip. All I can say is that the team provided the best customer service by far during our trip to Vietnam, simply 5 star service. The hotel itself was excellent clean well equipped room with a lovely restaurant attached. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone who wants value for money and Superior customer service!!!
