The services that this Hotel has to offer are flawless, being one of the best places in Hanoi, especially if you are looking for a well priced hotel. The atmosphere here is very nice and welcoming, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I also really liked the fact that they provide rides from and to the airport, and they organize tour arrangements. The staff working at this hotel is really friendly and helpful, and everybody here made sure that we enjoyed our stay as much as possible. This is definitely a hotel I would recommend to everyone visiting Hanoi.

Listen, I am not one for posting comments about hotels and places but I just have to say something about this hotel. For a small, low budget hotel this is exceptional. Clean, comfortable spacious rooms. Good breakfasts. Hotel location is good, many places of interest in easy walking distance. But what really sets this hotel apart from many others I have stayed in is the staff. I would like to mention all the boys and girls on the desk because they were friendly, cheerful, helpful, patient, just a real credit to themselves and all they represent. So a big thank you to Cathy, Sophie, Hue, Ly, Hieu and Ms Shara for making our all too short a stay such an enjoyable one. As you can imagine, we highly recommend it. David and Carol, England.

The rooms were clean although not exactly spacious even with a superior room. I was expecting to at least be able to walk around the bed, but well, what do you expect from a budget hotel? We stayed here for a couple of nights and the staff made up for the small space of our room. The breakfast was good and filling and the location is perfect and accessible -- probably why we chose it in the first place. We get access to the street right away and the city transportation. Our overall stay was satisfactory and maybe I will come back here when I'm alone, at least I won't feel bad about the room size.

The hotel is clean and conveniently located, and value-for-money. The room size is just appropriate, bearing in mind it is a budget hotel. Most importantly, the services provided by the hotel staff were excellent. They were friendly, helpful, proactive and fluent in English. Among these staff, Cathy and Ly were most impressed. Furthermore, food and fruit are fine in restaurant. There are a wide varities of dishes available for selection in breakfast menu and these are all included in the hotel price. I would highly recommend this hotel to those who are planning a trip to Hanoi.

Room Tip: Higher floor will be more open to city view.

This beautiful hotel is situated in Hanoi, and it`s a great place to stay in, especially if you are travelling as a couple. The decorations here are very nice and elegant, and the rooms are highly spacious and comfortable. The service was also great, the staff being very friendly and taking very good care of us. We had an amazing breakfast here also, and the overall atmosphere was just lovely and welcoming. Rising Dragon Hotel Villa is located in the center on Hanoi`s old quarter, and the room we stayed in had a great view over the streets of Hanoi. We really had a wonderful experience here, and I definitely recommend this hotel.

Within a couple of days of booking this hotel I received a welcome email from this hotel with useful information and an offer to collect us from the airport. I suggest you get them to collect you if it is your first visit As it is only marginally more expensive and saves you the onslaught of taxi drivers and negotiations as you exit the terminal.

The staff met our taxi as we pulled up and helped us with our bags. Check in was easy and we got a Hanoi map with a good orientation to the places we should see (all with walking distance).

My 12yo daughter loved the Buffett breakfast and I thought it was ok. We also booked a Halong bay tour through them which made thing very easy and was not as expensive as the tours I had looked at from home.

The room were nice but the frosted glass doors were a little strange. Great AC though! Overall it was a really nice hotel.

Stayed here twice for my visit to Hanoi. Hotels all around the world could learn from the service here. The staff were so friendly and helpful the whole time. Talked us through the sites to see, helped us book a trip to Halong Bay and an early car to the airport. Even prepared a take away breakfast for us since we were leaving before the standard included breakfast started.

Great location in the old quarter, clean with nice rooms. Best value for money hotel Ive ever stayed in.
