Its so great to enter the historical théatre...its not just a theatre but also a witness of history.... where the August revolution broke out in 1945..., where the 1 st session of Pảrliarment was held, where the city alarm bell used to alarm the whole city whenever the US airforce Bombed in hanoi was put in the rooftop...it s a quintessentially proud of hanoians

“Nice building”
Reviewed 5 May 2014

Nice building - but not much to see unless you get inside. it's worth to see it if you decide to go for example to Museum of Revolution - it's just few meters away - otherwise not wort to go there to see the building from outside.

“A nice French Opera House”
Reviewed 1 May 2014

Walking 20 minutes from hotel to get there. Location in the centre of French quarter , this Opera house was amazing architecture . They allowed people to sit on the step to have drink , take photo for wedding . Also we tried the coffee next to the Opera house , it was nice .

P.S: Do not buy anything from the street seller (hat, lighter , shirt etc)

Nice photo. Also quite nice to sit on the steps and enjoy a drink before heading back to Hoan Kiem and the constant blare of car and moped horns!!!
