Tea talk has a wonderful ambience, very cosy and comfortable. It is a suitable place for an intimate chat between lovers and meeting between friends. It is that good. The staff are very friendly and helpful in their service. One of the staffs there accompanied my friend to hospital when she was feeling unwell.
We had a chat with the owner and learnt that tea talk is actually a social enterprise to provide a platform for vietnamese youth to aspire for their dreams an life. There are lots of room to hold events and the tea talk volunteers who are in involved in events and social work helped us immeasurably because we held an event there as part of a social project. These guys and gals seriously rock.
I really liked the ginger tea and avocado smoothie there as well as the fried rice.the fried rice portion is humongous.
Though the location is slightly far from the Old Quarter. This is compensated by its entry in google map.So if you are taking a taxi down to tea talk, the drivers will know how to take you there just that they will take some time to ask around the neighborhood because there is so many streets and alley in Hanoi.
I really liked the place :-)
