Quiet room and thought service, well treated from I stepped out the taxi.

Room's clean and neat, and it's comfortable for rest.

The garden is lovely, as a new built hotel I can understand they don't have any large trees now.

And don't forget to try their pool.

Room Tip: No balcony for smoker, you have to smoke in the room that causes some smell.

I loved this hotel, its very huge and luxurious, service is great, room is big, comfortable and has a nice view.
the executive lounge is my favorite part of this hotel very big and classy also the staff is amazing and always want to help.
the only thing that i don't like is the indoor pool, its should be outdoor pool.

Thank for the nice card from hotel management.

Dear AboOodY,

Thank you for sharing your time with us on Trip Advisor! It is wonderful to see that you enjoyed our spacious and luxurious guestrooms and had the opportunity to spend time in our Executive Lounge while you were here.

We take great pride in our physical structure, inspired by the Vietnamese Dragon folklore tale.

Our indoor pool is a unique part of the story and design, and I hope that should you return in the cooler months of the year, you will indeed enjoy the benefits of our all season pool!

Thanks again for sharing!

I stayed from August 15th - 17th, 2014 for business meeting. The cleaness of the room, the taste of food in JW Cafe (all about pork...yummmmmyy), and setting the ballroom, were excellent. Only 1 thing need to be developed : the staffs were Vietnamnese, which language barrier was common. I asked for tea in breakfast, roomservice, creamer for my coffee, were undelivered, because they didn't understand English.

Dear TripLover888888,

Thank you for sharing your experience at our JW Marriott Hanoi!

I appreciate your comments about our guestrooms and how clean they were. Our team works very hard to keep our property clean, shining and new!!

Our JW Cafe, with its vareity of food offerings seems to have appealed to you- great to hear you enjoyed the pork!! I will share that with the chefs.

Sorry to hear that we had some miss-communication with our staff. While english is predominent throughout the hotel, we need to continue to work on improving comprehension in some areas. Rest assured we will continue to work on that in the areas you mentioned.

Overall I am pleased to see you had an enjoyable meeting and stay with us!

Unbelievably comfortable from the moment you arrive. Ultra attentive and friendly staff, modern, new and clean building in a green and lush surroundings. We opted for the upgrade to Executive, still a great price coming from Europe and we didn't regret it. You then get access to unlimited drinks (even alcoholic in the evening) and snack almost all day, we didn't even need to buy lunch one day as the "afternoon tea" was so full of good hot food. The pool/spa area is delightful, with steambath, sauna, Jacuzzi and a 25m pool great for swimming laps on the 8th floor with a superb view of the city. It's a bit out of town but metered taxis are always ready to take you there in a jilt. No need to stress for the Hotel's bus timings, taxis are really cheap too (the ones the hotel books are slightly more expensive than regular ones but in better condition and you can pay by credit card). We will definitely stay in this Oasis of a Hotel next time we are in this bustling anthill of a city.

Dear ErikGanesh,

Many thanks for the fabulous review for your recent visit to our JW Marriott Hanoi!

I am excited to hear that from the moment you arrived, we created a gracious, comfortable and warm experience for you. This is a signature lement of our JW Brand and I am very pleased that my team delivered this to you!

We are fortunate to have 7.9 hectares green space and our guests enjoy this during their visits, being able to stroll the pathways and along the lake, after a day in downtown. This along with the 8th floor, our "wellness floor" makes for a serene and relaxing environment.

It was nice to see that your took advantage of our upgrade program to enjoy all that we offer in our Executive Lounge; it surely is a great value!

Erik, thanks again for the great experience sharing and I hope we will see you back again in the not too distant future!
