“Great outside display”
Reviewed 17 June 2014

The inside was okay - not a lot of English and no real "story." The coolest part was out back where there was a few planes to see, as well as a large bombed down plan display. Won't take more than an hour.

“A lot of good exhibits, not a lot of English...”
Reviewed 9 June 2014

The exhibits here were very well done. There were many different types of weapons, from spears all the way to tanks and everything in between, which I enjoyed. There was some english translations, but not as much as I would expect for this type of museum. The outside exhibits of the bombers and tanks were great. The most interesting exhibits weren't actually the ones about the Vietnamese-American War, but were actually about the independence war fought by the Vietnamese with France. I thought that was especially interesting as I had not known much about the conflict before I visited. One of the best things we did in Hanoi.

“Great walk through Vietnams conflict history”
Reviewed 9 June 2014

Vietnam has had a very torrid history of conflict and here they have catalogued it all.
The highlights are the planes/tanks/bombs mainly from the American conflict which whilst interesting do leave you a little sad!
But I would recommend especially if you have children as they will like the army memorabilia.
