We spent a great time in this hotel: Excellent location in a very charming street with colonial style just behind the cathedral Saint Joseph.
Located at walking distance from all sites of interests we really enjoyed our time in this hotel. All room are decorated with different furnitures.
All the staff of the hotel were dedicated to make our stay in vietneman a very pleasant time: they help us with the organisation of our trip in Sapa and Halong (we get difficulties with train ticket in Sapa and they helped us to solve the issue...) ; When it was possibe they allow us early and late check in...It is a very clean hotel, charming staff but very professional.
We recommend this hotel to all of you: you will not be desapointed in this category.

I stayed in Hanoi over a week. I always start the new day with beautiful breakfast in hotel restaurant, drink a cup of Vietnamese coffee. It’s lovely taste. The hotel room was so comfortable, a king size bed and a flat TV help me relax at night. Hotel staffs were very friendly, they teach me some Vietnamese word also.
Hanoi is amazing city with many narrow streets, full of people. I think that can buy anything in Hanoi: silk clothing, printed t-shirts, fashion shoes, Rayban sunglasses, Rolex watches, cosmetic products, gold and silver jewelery, food worship materials, pharmaceutical herbs, spices, lingerie, computers, television ... and many, many more things. It is very easy to spend my coins in Vietnam!
I do not have enough time and probably can not remember all the names of the dishes, but I will always remember the taste of a special dish of Vietnam. I also enjoy the delicious taste of dishes made from vegetables. Vietnam is eating food is a joy to my eyes, for my feelings... it is also very good for my health.
I love Hanoi, love Indochina Boutique hotel. I will come back as soon as having chance.

Me and my friend stayed in Indochina Boutique Hotel (formerly Hidden Charm) for 3 nights last week. The staff, especially Ruby, made everything easy for us, they arranged everything from early check-ins and late breakfasts to Halong bay trip. They even got us train tickets to Hue and paid for our taxi to Hanoi railway station. One of the staff members came to the station with us to make sure that we find the right place. The room was clean and AC was working properly. Location was good, it was near the Hoan Kiem lake and St. Joseph's cathedral. There were also lots of nice restaurants nearby. We'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Ms Ruby welcome us by fresh fruite and provide full information about Hanoi and arround. How to get a transportation in Hanoi, She gave us Hanoi map also. It's great when every information clear before you traveling any where. We love the way they do services: clearly, friendly...The hotel room was amazing, very nice facilities, warm light.
We have joined Halong bay trip with Paradise cruise, it's great too.

We traveled to Hanoi, Vietnam last week. We booked the room through Agoda and got very good price for this hotel. The hotel located in the center, near the Church and Hoankiem lake. It has an small loby, elevator, charming restaurant for breakfast. Outside it look quite small but the room is huge, very cozy, clean, full facilities, bath room was amazing with massage function. It's much much better than expected. We like this hotel and will recommend for all of our friend

Room Tip: You should email them to get good price for pick up airport service and ask for upgrade if available...

I recently stayed at the hotel for 10 days on business. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter and just a couple of minutes walk to great little restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, pubs and the very popular and picturesque Hoan Kiem Lake. The hotel staff, from the front desk clerk to the kitchen maid, were truly wonderful!!! They were very courteous and hospitable. The room was large, very comfortable and tidy. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

My partner and I stayed at this boutique hotel (previously known as The Hidden Charm) back in June. The location is very convenient and within walking distance to all attractions in the Old Quarter. The staff were without a doubt the friendliest and most accommodating of all our experiences in VN (although La Jolie in Saigon came in a close second). If Hanoi is your first stop, you most definitely should seek out the day manager Ruby to plan your itinerary. She planned out our entire 3 week trip within our prescribed budget (as always - DYOR and remember that everything is negotiable in VN). She put us on a mid range cruise in Ha Long and organized all sight seeing and airport transfers in other cities. Big thumbs up for all the staff with whom we have become friends with. Be sure to ask for the tourist map from the reception and check out all the suggested places to eat on the back.. You will love it! Best tourist map ever ;)

Hope you enjoy your experience as much as we have.. Love Hanoi!
