We booked our entire Vietnam trip with Luxury Travels for a family of 8 pax. And everything was organised by them just perfectly. Ms. Duong co-ordinated our bookings and it was just seamless from start to finish. She was very quick to respond and very pleasing!

The airport pick ups and drops were bang on time. The vehicles given to us were in top condition and very comfortable. Our drivers were great! We had 3 very good tour guides, with special mention of Mr . Minh in HCMC, who was exceptional.

Luxury travels organised domestic flights for us as well... along with a cruise of Halong bay and city tours and other day trips and it was well organised where everything was private, as asked for, for our group. And we didn't have to wait for anything anywhere.

The hotels too were great and breakfast options were good!!

All in all; we had a very good trip and we would definitely book through Luxury travels again, on our next trip to south east Asia!

Could not fault

We booked a 2 week trip direct with luxury travel after our UK travel agent ceased trading.
They were v helpful, even chasing up a missing suitcase, lost by the airline.
The arrangements were detailed and accurate. The drivers were punctual and polite. The guide supplied was helpful and knowledgeable.
We would use them for any future visits in Asia.

A Fantastic Trip

About 10 months ago my wife and I found Luxury Travel on the internet. We have traveled extensively and had always booked our vacations with a local travel agent. This was the first time that we ever booked with a local tour operator, and were a little nervous. From our first contact, and afterwards, they were always there to answer any questions / queries from us.

Our trip itinerary was fantastic and we did choose to upscale our accommodations and they were all outstanding. We had 4 airport pick-ups scheduled on this trip, and the driver's and guide's were always there when we arrived. The guides were good, and the vehicles new and well maintained. All of the scheduled sightseeing went off without a hitch. There were some lunches and dinners also scheduled, and they were always at extremely nice establishments and the menus were fixed. There was more than enough food, perhaps too much.

There were also a few boat trips included for an hour or two and these were always private.

Overall we had a wonderful experience visiting Vietnam and Cambodia, thanks entirely to the itinerary and personnel put together by Luxury Travel.

Trip was flawless

We booked Luxury Travel Co. for a 15 day trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. All hotels, tour guides, transportation, airlines were great, on time, no issues at all. Luxury Travel booked all transportation and many meals (Lunch/Dinner) at excellent restaurants. Throughout our planning and booking, Luxury Travel is was most accommodating and customized our itinerary based on our arrival and preferences. Two weeks prior to departure from Canada, we received our final travel documents including e tickets and names of our tour guides in each city.

I would highly recommend Luxury Travel for your Vietnam holiday

Excellent service from Luxury Travel

We booked a Vietnam and Cambodia trip with STL travel in the UK we flew to Hanoi and no one to collect us for the transfer to our hotel at 5am. Luckily we had the local agents number Mr Tuan Anh (Eric) at Luxury travel. Another tour guide rang him and he informed us that STL travel had just gone into liquidation and they had not been paid. Not a good start after a long flight. Eric rang us back after about 20 minutes and informed us that he had found us a hotel in the city not the same star rating as everywhere was booked due to it being the main holiday season. He arranged a transfer and said he would meet us at the hotel to see what we wanted to do. He arranged all hotels , trips and transfers so that we could carry on with our planned itinerary. Luckily STL had paid for the 3 internal flights. After the initial hiccup everything ran smoothly as though nothing had happened. 3 days before leaving to go home I had an accident on a bicycle and had to have hospital treatment. The office in Ho Chi Minh City organised their Operations Executive Ms Tran Loan to sort out an excellent hospital in the city with an English speaking Doctor. We had to go to the hospital on 3 separate occasions and every time she organised transport and paid for it and supported us throughout. Loan was caring and helpful and we can't thank both her and Eric enough for their continued support in our time in Vietnam and Cambodia.
