the best from this hostel is the super friendly staff. they're really helpful even we only stayed for 1 night (because we continued our stay to halong bai cruise). they offered pick up service with affordable price from airport, even cheaper than taxi. the location in the central of noisy old quarter but quite inside the hostel. but it's lil bit far from hoan kiem lake . It can take 30 minutes by walking, but you can take taxi or the traditional vehicle (be careful they usually ask for higher price, make sure to bargain it until half price).

Went here because of the good reviews it's received and it lived up to its reputation. Exceptionally friendly, clean, and my room at the back so quiet I couldn't believe I was in the heart of the Old Quarter.

David and Kim were very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms and dorms are very affordable and the hostel has a nice "family feel" to it, very easy to meet people and strike up a conversation (or many!) with other travelers.

Also, they are amazing setting up many, many things for you - tours in Hanoi, Halong Bay and all across the country, laundry service, transportation, recommendations for stores and restaurants, they can always give you the right guidance, like a 5 star hotel would, actually; so you can see the level of service is very high for a hostel!

the rooms are clean, the location is great, in the old quarter of Hanoi. Kim and David and the other staff are doing everything to make you feel at home. They help you book tours or tickets.
Free coffee, tea and fruits for the whole day. They let you leave the luggage at their storage room for free while going on a tour.
Thank you for everything, all the best to you!

Arrived in Vietnam, was freaking out and got the hostel, all troubles disappeared.

Dave and Kim were both very fun and helpful, the bed was comfort than my own and it was soooo cheap!

It's close to pretty much everything you'll want to see in hanoi and also surprisingly quiet, Doooo it.
