Had a superb city sites and street food tour with Tom, Kate, Trang, Tracy, Sam and Rose. All excellent drivers with great English and so eager to please, right down to unbrellas and rain coats for the weather. Would highly recommend them - the kids(teens) did not want to leave their drivers at the end of the day. Best tour ever!

Tom, Trang and Kate waited for my friend and I because we were running late from the airport and they were soo patient with us. Greeted us with smiles and took us all around the city. These folks are very knowledgeable, Profesional and friendly. I feel like I learned a lot. They even went at our pace. Lovely tour, DO it!!

Having done a similar tour in Ho Chi Minh we thought we’d try Paloma for a half day sightseeing tour of Hanoi & are so glad we did. Danny, the tour guide, and the two lovely ladies who drove us plus Danny’s driver escorted us around the city for around four hours. We were the only people (2) on the tour which made it even more special. We learned so much history, drank the best egg coffee with the locals, ate from street vendors stalls and even tried the strangely refreshing jelly drink with black beans (cannot remember the name). If you are contemplating this tour be assured it is totally worth the money and the best way to see Hanoi.

During a busy business trip, I took the time to experience the motorbiketour after work to feel Hanoi. But that time made me the best memory in Hanoi. The lucky train and sunset i met on 'the Long Bien Bridge', Various local landscape i met around 'The West Lake', The delicious 'Egg coffee' i Drank in the old cafe, A various people i met on the Beer street, The last great sight of 'St. Joseph's Cathedral', All of these became a beautiful memory in Hanoi. Thanks to the guide 'Sam' for guiding me with all these memories.
