My Essence spa experience was wonderful. Very professional and polite staff. Clean and quality environment and the massage by Dao was as good as any I have had. Highly recommend.

From reception (Lily) to the massage (Tam), the entire experience was exceptional ! The staff we friendly and genuine and made me feel so welcome ☺️ The massage itself was so relaxing with strong pressure as requested. I would love to come back for another massage but unfortunately I’m leaving tomorrow. Thank you for a wonderful experience X

Very good service and nice staff (Ms. Hoi and Ms. Lili)! The Spa is in a hotel (Essence) so maybe not many people know. Essence is a good hotel. I often stay here and get to know this spa. Will come to this spa again next time.

I had a 60 minute massage & 30 minute foot relax with Dao. She is super sweet and did a nice job- I was left feeling very relaxed. Essencia Spa is a step above other spas I visited throughout Vietnam. I recommend visiting this spa even if you’re not staying at the hotel.

I tried other spa in first couple days because I thought maybe hotel spa is not as professional as those spa. But I AM SO WRONG. Once I try this spa, I am so regret why I waste those time and money last 2 days. So I tried this spa every single day next 3 days. I just can't get enough of it. The environment is so comfortable, clean as I did before in 5 star hotel like W hotel. Much better than other spa, not clean and very noisy. The massage is very strong and professional. The price is very reasonable and worth every min. And sometime they have promotion like buy 1 get 1 free, then you should not miss it at all.
