We booked via a travel agency in Vietnam and they selected this 3 star hotel for our stay on our 1st and 3rd night. The room was perfect, clean and quiet. We couldn't have asked for a better location, the main attractions were just outside our door!! The view from the 9th floor (restaurant) allowed us to enjoy a very nice view of the lake and a bit of the city centre. The staff was very pleasant and polite, always happy to help. Nothing was too much trouble. I will recommend this hotel to all of our friends and family!!! Brilliant!!

Room tip: There are some rooms with a balcony and the higher floors have a better view of the lake :)

This was our first stop in Vietnam and we were very impressed with the cleanliness, helpfulness, friendliness of this hotel and its staff. Great location, lovely rooms with great bathrooms, nice little restaurant on top floor with good choice of breakfast options. We felt like royalty having the door opened for us every time we came in or out. Big thanks to Henry and all the lovely girls on reception :-)

Our first stop in Vietnam and what a welcome to their country.
Super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. They organised a wonderful street food adventure for my partner and myself and we saw the very heart of the city not seen by most public. Felt very privileged to be allowed into such personal places.
Gave us a great appreciation for our lives.
The staff were just amazing and we chose to eat both a lunch and dinner in their restaurant and wasn't disappointed with the food or the view.

Initially me and my travel buddy were supposed to stay only 3 nights but because our travel plans changed we ended up staying 2 more.
We also had initially planned to organize our own trip to Sapa and to Halong Bay but Kelly, the front office manager found us two great deals.

We had booked a regular room but were automatically and surprisingly upgraded to a deluxe: this was an amazing room!! Very spacious, full of light, very quiet although 5min walking from the Red Lake and right in the very chaotic old quarter of Hanoi.
The balcony had 2 chairs and a table and even though it is a detail, we did enjoy it for 1h on the first morning we were there.
Breakfast was good too, as for the restaurant on the top floor it is nice to have that option when you are so tired you don't even feel like walking next door to eat.

Highly recommended!

the regular room was smaller, no balcony but still very nice and comfortable!! Consider that in Hanoi you spend all your day outside visiting so what you need at the end of your day is a clean and cool room (outside temp in early Aug 42C perceived and 85% humidity: we were sloths)

Had a lovely stay here - didn't realise the rooms had no window until we checked in but it did mean we didn't get any of the street noise. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location right next to coffee street and a 2 min walk to the lake. No swimming pool.
