The hotel is nice and new. Location is great, we walked to most of the tourist spots. Buffet breakfast had a big selection. The local Vietnamese food had a little write-up beside them. Spa was great! The kids had a good time at the swimming pool.

A peeve that we had was from the concierge. Once she recommended going to Diamond Plaza and was sure that it opened early. We walked there only to find out that it was still closed and had to change our plans altogether. Then when we booked the private transportation to the CuChi Tunnels, he called our room so many times to insist on a deposit when we already told him to charge to the room.

Great value for IC standard.. Got an upgrade to club room on 20/f (top) with lounge access. Club service was great and the vietnamese coffee is a must try.

Great Hotel and ammenities. But this Hotel is all about business and extracting as much money from you as possible. We stayed in many US$30-80 hotels with facilities as good or better in Vietnam that offer free internet and other service this hotel charges for.
This hotel charges US$20.00 plus for internet service per day. At US$100.00 plus per night
not the best value for a hotel in Vietnam

Stayed in this one for a few night and found it to be one of the best in Saigon. Check-in and out very fast and efficient. I Think it only opened up last december so it is all really new and fresh. The rooms were wonderful, with fantastic soft beds and large bathrooms. I was on the InterCon Club floor so had access to the club lounge. I would not recommend paying the extra for this as I found the breakfast very poor with a lack of any selection or variety. The only other time I used to Club was to print a document out and must say that the staff were not very helpful in there, all he was worried about is that i didnt print more the 5 pages without paying. Just found that this Club was very unrelaxed and not very inviting.
Also used there Spa while I was there and that was wonderful, really great and at reasonable prices, also all the food I had there was of really great standard.

When i was here last year this hotel, residences and office three tower developement was still under construction. It opened late last year and is a very welcome addition to the city's list of five star hotels.Whilst he Sheraton is worn and tired + the Park Hyatt has a great location and wonderful character.this hotel is brand new and has all the fasicities you would expect - top food and bar outlets, imaginative public areas and beautiful rooms with wonderful views across town. The rooms are large with generous bathrooms. The Club is well worth the extra cost and is oner of the best I have visited. The staff are finding the best way to present what the hotel offers and are careing and attentative. The health club and outside pool are excellant. The Chinese restaurant is brilliant. If you prefer a new hotel and what it offers you wont do better in HCMC.
