This is a nice hotel in a nice, convenient area. The staff is friendly but not overly helpful. The room is nice and clean and has a small balcony overlooking an alley. There is a nice bathroom but unfortunately the water is lukewarm in the mornings. The mini bar is nicely stocked and not overly expensive. There were ants in the room which was a downside. The bed is kind of hard but not the worst that I've ever slept on. The walls are thin but thankfully the other guests in the hotel are quiet. This hotel is a good value for the money. Just don't expect any extras. You get what you pay for. If your looking for a hotel in this price range you can't expect much. The wifi is very fast which is a bonus. And the A/C works very well. At the end of the alley there is a very good Vietnamese coffee lady and a sandwich lady. Make sure at some point you turn right out of the hotel and wander through the neighborhood. It's very nice. They also picked us up at the airport, (for a fee) which was very nice as this hotel can be difficult to find...especially late at night. We did not eat breakfast here as another couple recommended against it. But then why would you eat at a hotel when there is good food literally everywhere outside the hotel. There is an abundance of TV channels to choose from, not that we were in the room much.

We had not booked anywhere in Ho Chi Minh City and stayed here as it was the first hotel we came to as we left the bus station, it is just accross the road. The hotel is a little way down an alley which helps to keep it quiet. Our room was lovely and sparkling clean. The choice for breakfast was a bit limited, the staff were helpful and friendly and there was no problem having a shower when we left in the evening. A very nice hotel

We stayed here for three nights with our three kids. We had a window room so I am not sure what the non-window rooms are like. Our room was fairly large, clean and had a mini-fridge and good, strong WiFi (the WiFi router was in our room, 4th floor). The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is great and the alley turns into a daily morning market. Breakfast was basic (eggs and baguette with coffee) but good. I would definitely stay again.

Room Tip: Spend a little extra and get a window room. They're nice and bright.

We had a great stay here. It is situated in a side alley so the noise of the city is all but removed. The place was clean and the service was friendly and very helpful. We booked tours and buses through them and they didn't at one point attempt to add extra fees or rip us off.

The minibar is well priced also!

Great hotel, we were put on floor 6 so it was a bit of a hike after a long day of sight seeing. The room was huge with everything you could need, fridge etc. It is down an ally that is transformed into a food market in the morning which is great to see.

Room Tip: We had a balcony room, tiny balcony (not worth it but I heard there were rooms with no windows). Ask for a low floor.
