We stayed here for 3 nights in April. This modern, comfortable hotel is in a great location - we walked to all of the places of interest and restaurants. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a wide choice. We were upgraded to an executive room on the 11th floor - great views of the city - and so had the benefit of the executive lounge, where we given complimentary food and drink. It was possible to take breakfast here too. We took advantage of the excellent evening light buffet and drinks in the executive lounge before going out to eat, and could not have been looked after any better by Lin (sorry if this is misspelt) and her colleague, who were charming and very attentive - thank you for looking after us so well. My only complaint is that the small rooftop pool - a wonderful asset in a city centre hotel - could have been better looked after. When we were there, there were several empty plates and glasses lying around and dirty towels from previous users. Although there was a waiter standing around waiting for drinks orders, he didn't seem to want to tidy anything away. Just a few minutes work would have made all the difference to the appearance of the area. All in all we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely use the same hotel if we ever return to the city.

Room Tip: Higher floors give better views of the city and have less noise. Upgrade to the executive room is well worth it

The hotel is everything that you need for a few days in a crazy city. Extremely well appointed within easy walk of many tourists attractions. Two minutes from a fantastic tourist market which is open day and night. The rooms are standard in terms of space and facilities - very clean and, most importantly, very comfortable beds. You're in the middle of a big noisy city so don't expect a view (other than of the high-rise next door) or a quiet evening in your room. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The choice at the breakfast buffet something to note. Not the 5 star of the super classy hotels round the corner. But this place is great value for money and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Room Tip: I saw 4 rooms which were all very nice (and similar). But some of them had absolutely no view and therefore less daylight.

Within ten minutes walk of most of the interesting tourist sights and a minute from the vast indoor market and the night market the Liberty Central' location could not be bettred. Room was an adequate size well appointed and spotless. A varied, good buffet breakfast in the airy restaurant . A small but well kept rooftop pool was ideal for a dip after sightseeing or shopping during our three night stay I would not hesitate to return.

Room Tip: Saw four different rooms and they all looked fine.

This was our second stay in two years, having thoroughly enjoyed our first visit. The hotel is still very comfortable and staff cheerful, happy and helpful. One downer was that there was ony one lipton tea bag in the in room set up facilities each day, another that no ironing faciities are available in the room - only laundry service at inflated prices. Breakfast are still good and plentiful, but I couldn't find my highly prized lemon cheese cake from last visit!:-(

We only stayed here for one night but the hotel was above average but its location is spot on.If you turn left out of the hotel you go to the market and the cheaper restaurants and if you turn right you go to the big hotels and expensive shopping malls. The breakfast was good and would recommend for a two night stay max
