My girlfriend had booked a room for 1 for 2 nights by mistake, but when we wanted to change it to a room for 2 this was no problem. No extra charge, no hassle. Upon arrival however, after a long flight, a jetlag and a terrible headache, we were confronted with a different situation. They had us charge an extra $35. We tried to reason with the staff but they were merciless. They said we had to pay and that would be it, no more trouble. The next day we left early to see the beautiful city of Saigon. When we came back at 11 PM, exhausted from our adventures, we were again confronted with a staffmember who asked us again to pay an extra $35. We tried to reason with him and eventually he caved, promising us (literally) 3 times that we did not have to pay the extra money. The next morning at around 8 AM we were called out of bed by the reception staff, demanding that we would come down within 15 minutes and pay an extra $35 for me staying in the room. Again, they were merciless and would not take no for an answer at all.
Overall, I think this could be a nice hotel if only the staff had some manners and didn't promise their customers things that they can't deliver.More
