The location of the hotel is great actually. It's a walking distance to the centre of the city. The room is rather small. The breakfast is ok. No amenities. Free internet. Tiny window. Shower head is not attached to the wall, so you have to hold it with your hand. If you are on budget, this should be fine as it is reasonably clean.

I always come back to this place whenever I am in Saigon. The location is great, not as noisy as the area on Pham Ngu Lao and De Tham, walking distance to the riverside. I paid 34usd for a double room with breakfast which is reasonable in my opinion. However there are some rooms without windows. I love the breakfast here. They have quite a number of options. Hot soup, fried rice, fried noodle, bread, butter, jam, juices, and fruits. If you want a decent room - not super cheap, this would be a good choice.

Great location in the heart of city. You get what you paid for. New hotel by name but infrastructure and amenities have more years than pictures portrayed. Will stay there again. Trip from or to airport will cost around 130000 vnd and 20000 vnd to benh thanh market. Breakfast buffet is adequate. Wifi onsite available.

Stayed in Ho Sen 2 for 10 nights. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good but needs improvement, one example would be to get a larger toaster for toasting bread. The one provided is way too small for a larger group of people for breakfast. On the plus side, this hotel has great location. Ho Chi Minh City Hall - 500 meters, Ho Chi Minh City Museum - 700 meters, Saigon Central Post Office - 700 meters, Saigon Notre-Dame Basilica - 700 meters and you could walk to Diamond Plaza - which is just 900 meters. There are great restaurants around the area as well.

We upgraded our room to a superior size. Room is rather small but cozy, clean, working a/c, and basically what we needed. We have no problem with hot or cold water. Would we go back to this hotel ... most definitely!

The rooms are small and gloomy. There is nothing very warm and cosy about them I gues it is OK if you are just looking for a place to spend the nice but this is not the type of hotel where you can just stay in and relax. Bathrooms are OK but hot water supply is quite uncertain. Free internet with computers in the lobby is availe but at low speed. Breakfast could use improvement.
That being said, it is quite a good location, walking distance, from the post office, cathedral and war museum and central market. The staff is quiet friendly for the most part but do not ask too much of them as their English is not that good and some things may be lost in translation.

Room Tip: For some reason, they turn the AC off completely from the central console they have dowstairs and yo...

I spent 4 nights in this Hotel. The breakfast was okay,They try hard, finally had them turn on the warming stove to keel Coffee and Tea hot. They need more work on the hot water supply for the rooms. Was not particularly impressed with the fire routes,If there was a fire above the 3rd floor,it could be quite a shambles. The location is very central, close to Dong Khai(formerly TU DO) where all the commercial stores are.It also has some of the best hotel staff i have ever met.The hotel Manager was trained at Algonquin Colledge in Ottawa,so you know she runs a good ship.I would stay there again for the location and staff, but would prefer the 3 floor

Room Tip: No elevators on 7 or 8 floor
