This property is dirty and dated. The front desk staff are largely unhelpful; I waited greater than 10 minutes for check in as no one was manning the front desk. There was a lock box in the room, however it was completely inaccessible due to the furniture arrangement. A car air freshener hung in the window (classy) and the bathroom was full of mold. Worst of all during the two days I stayed at this unfortunate establishment, mosquitos were ever present in my room. This hotel was booked through a G Adventures tour, do not stay here if booking on your own.

This hotel was pretty basic and dirty.

Our room was a reasonable size. However the very small window over looking a wall three inches away was pretty bad.

Breakfast was just strange. Salad and club sandwiches for breakfast.

Also the restaurant was in the basement therefore very restricted and stuffy.

The halls were often filled with the rubbish from the rooms.

Was an ok hotel, once out of the lift you still had a flight of stairs to climb. Nice fluffy white towels, but there was a bit of mould in the bathroom.
Breakfast was basic, and staff happy to cook up some eggs

This hotel is part of our tour and is the first hotel in Vietnam that I would not stay in again. The rooms are small and a little tired with mould on the bathroom ceiling and worse cockroaches living under the bath. The breakfast is ok, but not as good as we have had else where. The best thing about the hotel is the location, you can easily walk to most parts of district 1 with out any problems and find some good restaurants nearby. There is wifi but it is intermittent.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. After the first night we switched rooms due to ridiculously uncomfortable bed and a high pitched squeaking noise all night.
The breakfast at this hotel mainly consists of meat, so vegitarians are left with bread and fruit.
The staff were very dismissive and unapproachable.

Overall I would recommend going to the Ho Sen 1 next door. The staff are much nicer the rooms spacier and it's only £1 more!
