The room was good, large, clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the room although without a view, was quietly situated.
The bathroom only contained a shower but hot water was plentiful. The towels however were poor being both small and thin.
Breakfast more than made up for this. It was terrific with lots of choices, beautiful presentations and very helpful staff. We especially enjoyed the delicious omelettes, the fresh bread and the coffee. The Slate Bar did some very interesting cocktails and we had a very enjoyable Chinese Meal at the Lotus restaurant.
The hotel is a bit out of the town but the upside of this is that it is closer to the airport. The hotel tour desk arranged a tailor made day trip for us which was reasonably priced and also provides a complimentary shuttle in to town. The staff were all very welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area.
We would stay again and would recommend to others.

We were only there for one night as we had arrived from Perth and were heading off the next day. The customer service was fantastic. It is not cheap but worth the money. We had an evening meal and breakfast the next morning. I don't normally like buffet breakfast but this was fantastic- a selection from around the world. We treated ourselves to some pampering in the
Serenity Beauty Salon just outside the hotel doors. Check out isn't until 12.
We were being collected by car to head to Rach Gia and the car was very late but nothing was to much of a problem to assist unto sort this out. There is a lovely cafe around the corner where we had coffee and cake while we waited. All in all delightful.

The hotel has spacious modern rooms, very good breakfast and dinner buffet, friendly staff with english knowledge very helpful and cooperative both at the front desk and the restaurant. It is not in the city centre however it is just a short taxi ride.

The rooms are fashionable and spacious, the customer service is excellent, and the breakfast they put on is massive and has everything you could possibly want. The only downside is the hotel is a bit far from the main tourist attractions, but it only cost us around 70,000 dong (about AUS $3.50) to catch a cab into the city centre, and the hotel does offer a free shuttle service too. And you are very close to the airport which makes things convenient. I'd highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Saigon, and would not hesitate to stay there again.

this hotel is not flash but it is clean with excellent food and bar, good gym and good Wifi. The most annoying Issue is the door locks which will drive you mad. If they warned you at check-in and explained the trick to opening the lock it would be ok. This would be simple for management to address.
Stay here for good value for money and being close to airport but it is not close to business or tourist district.

Perfect option if you have a Saigon lay over but want to minimise the transfer time Airport to hotel.
Although not near anything this is a good Saigon stay option. The free shuttle bus or 15 minute cab ride from centre of town made this for me a good choice. Choose the Club floor for value including all day non alcoholic drinks and canapés etc from 5pm. Full breakfast options also.
Price wise about 60% of the Caravelle and nicer rooms!. As we use Vietnam Airlines regularly for Australia to Europe will be our next hotel of choice also.

Room Tip: Choose a club floor access room

This is our corporate hotel very close to the office and the airport. One of the best spreads for breakfast.. you can actually prepare your own fresh juice every morning.. room is big. wifi is fast.. very clean..great value for money but far from District 1 where all the great restos and tourist spots are located..
