Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers

This hotel is a must to try, Great location and fantastic service. I love the Club on the top floor of the hotel with it's fantastic view of the city. It is also, a bar and a a place to relax if you wanted a quieter evening.

The breakfast in Sheraton is lovely and wonderfully selected for individual taste. The manager very friendly and helpful.

Near and around the hotel are some great reasonablt priced restaurants. They also, prepare you a big boxes of takeaway breakfast if your flight is very early in the morning and quite likely you are not going to make it to the breakfast buffet. I love the place, the service and the staff! I will deffinitely stay in Sheraton Ho Chi Minh again.

Absolutely great hotel. The lobby is absolutely gorgeous (as well are the afternoon teas served there). The rooms are large and comfortable and the staff are really helpful and friendly.
The resturant at the top of the hotel served probably the best meal I have ever eaten (Kobe steak and chocolate souffle - not together). We would definatly recommend this hotel and would go out of our way to stay there when in the area again

We upgardede to a one bedroom suite in the Grand Tower - highly recommended, and good value considering the amenities of the Grand Tower Lounge.

Our 21st floor suite had it all, and a spectacular view.

The staff were amazing, friendly, responsive, and made everything a pleasure.

The Grand Tower Lounge is a "hotel within a hotel" - you can check in adn out, away from the bustle of the main lobby, complimentary breakfast (excellent), complimentary tea time, complimentary happy hours (three hours of complimnenary top-shelf cocktails/wine plus cooked to order appetizers like minute steak on bok choy with hollandaise).

You can't go wrong at this centrally located luxury hotel.

The spa is first rate.,

A very enjoyable hotel....comfortable room in all aspects......the bed, the shower, the size of the accommodation and the excellence of the entire staff including the concierge desk.

Have fun walking the streets....approx. 10 million people and 5 million motorcycles.

We ate at the following restaurants: Square 1....B+, Quan Au Ngon (fun place....a real experience) A, Temple Club B+

We had a fabulous 6-night stay at this hotel. The service was great. The staff was wonderful, especially the pool attendants and everyone in Saigon Café where we had breakfast. We were treated like royalty the entire time that we were at the Sheraton. Anytime we asked for anything, we got within minutes, and always with a genuine smile. I had emailed ahead with requests and everything was set up in the room just as I had asked.

The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are comparable to other 4-star hotels we’ve stayed in. The bathroom is nice, lots of marble, with a separate shower and tub. We were on the 19th floor, which was one of the floors for Starwood members, and had a great view of the river and the city. We had a welcome fruit plate and daily complimentary bottles of water. Our room was always cleaned by noon, and there was also nightly turndown service. The breakfast spread was good, not the best we’ve seen, but definitely better than other places that we stayed at during this trip. We had also walked by the Caravelle and the Park Hyatt and never felt like we wanted to be anywhere else during our entire stay.

The only downside is that the Sheraton was not cheap. I had also stayed at the Renaissance during this trip, at a really great rate, much lower than the Sheraton’s. Although the Sheraton has a slightly better location and room, we had an equally enjoyable stay at the Renaissance. After staying in both places, I have to admit that the difference at the Sheraton was not worth paying double the price of the Renaissance.

The Sheraton Saigon is a typical western Sheraton Hotel in the heart of Saigon's District 1. If you've ever stayed at a high-end Sheraton anywhere else in the world you'll know what to expect here, but in the end that's a clean room with high standards and excellent service.

We stayed here for four nights in a room on a Starwood Preferred Guests level. The room was spacious and very smartly decorated. It had great views too.

The breakfasts are truly excellent. The hotel's service is professional and delightful. I wouldn't hesittate to recommend this hotel to the business or leisure traveller. The location is ideal for touring the city.

The only thing I'd say is that some people might prefer a smaller hotel with a more Vietnamese flavour, but for what it is - a large 5-star hotel - this is a very slick operation.
