Tough to find a real japanese on saigon...
Here only japanese customers because Japanese chef's.
Everythig is delicious and well executed.
All people that I bring there recommand Tuna mi-cuit, penne gorgonzola...
The spicy carbonara for the most adventurous, is excellent.
Me I am vegan, I am crazy about there fermented tofu, bamboo shoot salads
and of course there california tempura roll.
Best choice of saké and shiozu on town also, wines good and affordable.
Good service, the staff speak vietnamese english and japanese !
